Samsung mobile phone can't receive online banking SMS.

The mobile phone can't receive short messages from some numbers. Suggestion:

1. If it's an official SMS from an operator, a bank or a group purchase, please try to resend it, check the status of your sim card, and restart your mobile phone to receive it again later.

2. If it is a verification code, it is recommended to change to another location and try to send and receive it again to rule out whether it is caused by network reasons.

3. Change other time periods to receive again.

4. Verify whether the SMS blacklist function is set in the mobile phone. I suggest you open the phone settings-Call/Message Interception-Message Interception List-and remove them all.

5. Check whether the mobile phone has downloaded the latest third-party software (security guards, system management). It may be that the software intercepted the short message, so it is recommended to uninstall it.
