How to set a plus 8T meditation mode?

Set the path: settings > applications and notifications > view all XX applications > three points in the upper right corner > display system programs > meditation mode.

Rules of meditation mode:

Once you start meditation mode, you can't quit;

All mobile phone notifications will be blocked;

You can answer the phone or use the emergency call function;

Applications other than the camera will be locked and cannot be used.
