What should I do if I forget to take the courier verification code from the courier box?

General express box refers to express easy. If you forget the verification code, you can do two things:

Express easy cabinet operation:

Click on the touch screen of Express Easy. The third item is express inquiry. Click this function.

Enter the courier number or the recipient's mobile phone number, and the following information will be displayed. Click on the message and then send the message again.

Official website resend:

If you are next to the computer, it is most convenient to choose the official query to resend. Search for express delivery first;

On the right side of Express official website, enter the waybill number or the recipient's mobile phone number for inquiry;

Then click resend unpacking code to receive SMS.
