HONOR can't receive short messages but can send messages.

If your mobile phone can't receive all the short messages, please check as follows:

1. Please confirm whether it is a dual-card mobile phone. For dual-card one-way mobile phones, one card will be in the "off" state during the call, and it is normal that this "off" SIM card cannot receive short messages, and it can resume receiving short messages after the call;

2. please check whether you are a mobile phone housekeeper > blacklist is set in harassment interception. If Block All Strangers is selected, all messages with strange numbers will be blocked and cannot be received. Please check the corresponding settings and try again;

3. Please confirm whether other SMS applications are set as default SMS applications. You can go to phone settings > application management > settings > default application settings, and then check the information to confirm whether to use the system default application. Third-party applications may not receive short messages due to their own problems or compatibility problems;
