SF Express can cancel the door-to-door pickup as follows:

1. After the express order is placed successfully, you will receive a text message automatically sent by the express delivery system. Content of SMS: You have successfully placed an order. Please wait a moment, reply to XX after the order is received, and cancel the reply to XX.

If you want to cancel the door-to-door pickup, you can reply to xx by SMS.

2. When WeChat cancels the order, you need to pay attention to SF Express and bind the mobile phone number at the same time, and then enter the official WeChat account, popular, my express and my email to see the order. If you want to cancel the order, click the Cancel Mail button to cancel the order;

3. You can call the customer service staff to cancel the pickup.
