Bank updates customer information SMS

From July 4th, 2020, if your identity information stored in China Bank is incomplete or untrue, or if your valid identity document expires and is not updated in time within a reasonable period, according to relevant laws and regulations, China Bank will not be able to provide financial services to your account.

To ensure the normal use of your account, please check and verify your identity information through BOC outlets, mobile banking client of Bank of China and customer communication applet of Bank of China as soon as possible. If the information is inaccurate or incomplete, please update and improve it through the above channels as soon as possible.
