(3) Interview

1. All positions require interviews. (2) Physical examination

1. The physical examination object is determined according to the total score of candidates and the proportion of the number of recruitment positions from high score to low score. If the total score is the same, determine the one with the highest interview score; If the interview results are the same, determine the one with the highest score in the written professional knowledge test; If the professional knowledge test results are the same, try the interview again and determine the one with the highest interview results.

(3) Employment methods and treatment

1. Employment mode. If publicity does not affect employment, the county education bureau will arrange to teach in primary and secondary schools, vocational secondary schools and kindergarten schools respectively, and the newly hired personnel will report within the specified time. The newly hired personnel shall be managed by the employment system, and the first employment time shall be 5 years (including the probation period), and the employment period shall not flow in principle.
