How to refund a flight ticket purchased online

You can go to the original flight departure airport for refund.

If the ticket is refunded 2 hours before flight departure, a refund fee of 10% of the ticket price will be charged; if the ticket is refunded within 2 hours of the flight departure time, a refund fee of 20% of the ticket price will be charged; on the flight Refunds issued after departure time will be treated as missed flights.

If a passenger requests a refund due to flight cancellation, advance, delay, change of itinerary or the carrier's inability to provide the originally scheduled seats, the departure station shall refund the entire ticket price and the stopping place shall refund the unused flight fare. No refund fees will be charged for all ticket prices.
