When I was working in Taikang Life Insurance, I held several customer appreciation meetings. Personally, I don't like this way. The reason for this is the following：

1, harassment caused by calling when inviting customers. Affect the image of insurance companies. In addition, it is difficult to invite success.

Most customers eat and drink for nothing, eat and drink, wipe their mouths and leave without even saying thank you. The meal is paid by the agent.

3. After the customer signs the bill on the spot, the gift needs to be purchased by the agent. At that time, 20 thousand yuan signed a contract to send customers laptops. If the customer hesitates to surrender, it is even more uneconomical.

4. Huge expenses before the invitation: Many companies send messages in groups (don't say it if it's illegal). If the first message is at least five points, it will cost several hundred dollars a day. Please ask a customer for more than ten days without signing the bill. But the SMS fee is paid by the agent.

5, the customer's meal fee is also paid by the agent. Insurance companies only collect money and don't spend money.
