What if Huawei's mobile phone keyboard is gone?

1. Check whether the input method that comes with Huawei mobile phone is used. If not, please try to switch your own input method. The operation is: Settings-Language and Input-Default-Select Input Method.

2. Turn off the phone and restart it.

3. Try to clear the keyboard data: Open the phone settings-Application Manager-Chinese Input Method-Clear the data.

4. If not, please back up the mobile phone data and restore the factory settings (operation: Settings-Reset/Privacy-Restore the factory settings).

5. If the problem still exists, it is recommended to take the purchase invoice, warranty card and mobile phone to the local mobile phone after-sales service center for testing by professional engineers.

3. After entering other advanced settings, click Language and Input Method.

4. In the Input Method Settings, click the current input method.

5. In the keyboard replacement page that pops up, click to select the keyboard.

6. Open the sogou Input Method and Chinese Input Method buttons to return to the previous page.

7. Select one of sogou input method and Chinese input method as the current input method to complete the setting.
