in July, there were 25 quality accidents and mold damage in our company, including 18 quality accidents, mainly gasket sticking, degumming and sulfur deficiency, and 7 mold damage. In August, there were 12 mold damage and quality accidents, including 7 quality accidents. The degumming phenomenon has been basically eliminated, the mold sticking phenomenon has been greatly reduced, and the workers have stolen the vulcanization time, resulting in a significant reduction in the phenomenon of sulfur deficiency in products; There were 5 cases of mold damage, which was also lower than that in July.

7. There are still many problems in the quality month

Although the quality of our products improved obviously in the quality month of August, there are still many problems. The punching hole of Ted bracket is too large, the acid reflux phenomenon of bracket is still unresolved, and some employees still steal the vulcanization time in the vulcanization workshop. I hope that all workshops can solve the problems in the quality month.
