Article 1, Apartment Doorman Management

1. 3. Article 2. Check-in management

1. All students who live in the school must be arranged by the apartment center and each grade office.

Article 3. Management of dormitory supplies

3. Room supplies and furniture are not allowed to be taken outside, and tables and chairs in classrooms and public places are not allowed to be brought into the dormitory.

5. Telephones and water dispensers in students’ dormitories will be provided by the school once upon enrollment. During use, if there is any human damage, the dormitory residents must pay for repairs. 6. Any lost or damaged dormitory supplies and facilities must be compensated according to the price. Those who cause intentional damage will be fined double and submitted to the school for disciplinary action. Those who lose their dormitory keys are not allowed to change the locks without permission. Violators will be fined.

7. If there is any non-human damage to indoor equipment, please report it to the apartment center for repair in a timely manner.

8. If public facilities in the dormitory are damaged or lost, and the specific person responsible is not identified, the fine will be shared equally among the dormitory members.

Article 4. Safety, fire prevention and anti-theft management in dormitories

1. Strictly implement the relevant regulations on electricity consumption of the local electrical industry department and the school.

2. Except for rainy days, lights are not allowed to be turned on during the day, and public parts can be powered all night.

3. During holidays, power will be supplied or cut off according to circumstances.

4. It is strictly prohibited to pull wires, network cables, broadcast cables, various sockets, and bedside lamps indiscriminately. Those who increase capacity privately will be punished in accordance with the National Electricity Law in addition to confiscation of electrical appliances. This will lead to the investigation of losses caused by fire, but the parties involved will be held administratively and formally responsible.

5. The electricity is supplied according to the standard electricity prescribed by the college. The excess electricity will be borne by the electricity user. The dormitory manager will go to the designated location to purchase electricity (the excess electricity fee will be collected according to the residential electricity price).

6. It is strictly prohibited to bring toxic, flammable, explosive, corrosive and other dangerous items that hinder public safety and hygiene as well as reactionary and obscene printed matter, audio and video products, etc. into the apartment.

7. It is prohibited to burn anything in the apartment building, and it is strictly prohibited to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the building.

It is strictly prohibited to use kerosene stoves, alcohol stoves, electric mattresses, electric stoves, heaters and other illegal electrical appliances and illegal appliances. Once discovered, the illegal appliances will be confiscated and fined 100-500 yuan depending on the severity of the case. Those with serious consequences will be held criminally responsible. 8. Students should consciously abide by the regulations of accommodation management. 9. The student apartment is a collective dormitory. Students are asked to properly keep their cash, mobile phones, computers, cameras and other valuables. If any theft occurs, they should report it to the security office in time. The school is responsible for searching. , but there is no obligation to compensate for stolen finances.

10. Since there is no waterproof layer on the dormitory floor, students should not pour water on the ground when mopping the floor or using water to avoid seeping into the dormitory downstairs through the floor. 11. Winter and summer vacations are the renovation period for student apartments. Students should roll up their luggage and pack their belongings before leaving school to avoid unnecessary losses. 12. Alcoholism is strictly prohibited in the apartment. You will be responsible for any personal injury or death caused by excessive drinking and alcohol poisoning.

Article 5 Dormitory Discipline Management

Article 6. Dormitory hygiene management
