In order to strengthen student accommodation management, improve students' self-management capabilities, and maintain a good learning and living environment in student apartments, these regulations are specially formulated.

Article 1, Apartment Doorman Management

1. When entering or leaving the apartment with valuables such as computers, packages, luggage, etc., you must show your student ID and register with the doorman; any public* in the apartment **Items are not allowed to be taken out of the apartment. If they must be taken out, a certificate from the relevant department is required.

2. Students’ bicycles and other means of transportation should be parked in designated places and are strictly prohibited from entering the dormitory building.

3. Strictly implement the opening and closing times of the building door: open the building door at 5:00 am on weekdays, close the building door and turn off the lights at 10:00 pm; open the building door at 5:00 am on Friday and Saturday mornings The door is closed at 11:00 and the lights are turned off. After closing the door at night, it is strictly prohibited to enter or leave the dormitory. If there are special circumstances, students must show their student ID cards to enter and exit the dormitory. Those who cannot prove their identity will not be allowed to pass. Those who make trouble unreasonably will be notified to the relevant departments by the personnel on duty to be severely punished.

4. Boys and girls are not allowed to enter opposite-sex dormitories without special circumstances. If they need to enter under special circumstances, they must hold the counselor's certificate and register the entry and exit time, dormitory, name, etc.

5. Visitors who are visiting people, friends, or relatives from outside the country must undergo registration verification (work permit, ID card, student ID card) before being released. When a guest leaves the dormitory, record the time the guest left the dormitory. Salespeople are strictly prohibited from entering.

Article 2. Check-in management

1. All students who live in the school must be arranged by the apartment center and each grade office.

2. During the school period, students are not allowed to change dormitories, beds and furniture without permission.

Article 3. Management of dormitory supplies

1. When new students enroll, each student must pay a one-time deposit of 50 yuan for dormitory supplies. The deposit will be refunded in full if the dormitory supplies are not defective upon graduation.

2. Supplies in the apartment building are uniformly provided by the apartment center. Supplies allocated for personal use are kept by the residents themselves. Supplies common in the dormitory are kept by the dormitory manager.

3. Room supplies and furniture are not allowed to be taken outside, and tables and chairs in classrooms and public places are not allowed to be brought into the dormitory.

4. The apartment center has the right to inspect the public facilities and furniture of each dormitory (only two or more people can enter) at any time. No one is allowed to interfere or make trouble unreasonably.

5. Telephones and water dispensers in students’ dormitories will be provided by the school once upon enrollment. During use, if there is any human damage, the dormitory residents must pay for repairs. If the damage is caused by quality problems or force majeure factors, the apartment center will be responsible for repairs and replacements.

6. Any lost or damaged dormitory supplies and facilities must be compensated according to the price. Those who cause intentional damage will be fined double and submitted to the school for disciplinary action. Those who lose their dormitory keys are not allowed to change the locks without permission. Violators will be fined.

7. If there is any non-human damage to indoor equipment, please report it to the apartment center for repair in a timely manner.

8. If public facilities in the dormitory are damaged or lost, and the specific person responsible is not identified, the fine will be shared equally among the dormitory members.

Article 4. Safety, fire prevention and anti-theft management in dormitories

1. Strictly implement the relevant regulations on electricity consumption of the local electrical industry department and the school.

2. Except for rainy days, lights are not allowed to be turned on during the day, and public parts can be powered all night.

3. During holidays, power will be supplied or cut off according to circumstances.

4. It is strictly prohibited to pull wires, network cables, broadcast cables, various sockets, and bedside lamps indiscriminately. Those who increase capacity privately will be punished in accordance with the National Electricity Law in addition to confiscation of electrical appliances. This will lead to the investigation of losses caused by fire, but the parties involved will be held administratively and formally responsible.

5. The electricity is supplied according to the standard electricity prescribed by the college. The excess electricity will be borne by the electricity user. The dormitory manager will go to the designated location to purchase electricity (the excess electricity fee will be collected according to the residential electricity price).

6. It is strictly prohibited to bring toxic, flammable, explosive, corrosive and other dangerous items that hinder public safety and hygiene as well as reactionary and obscene printed matter, audio and video products, etc. into the apartment.

7. It is prohibited to burn anything in the apartment building, and it is strictly prohibited to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the building.

It is strictly prohibited to use kerosene stoves, alcohol stoves, electric mattresses, electric stoves, heaters and other illegal electrical appliances and illegal appliances. Once discovered, the illegal appliances will be confiscated and fined 100-500 yuan depending on the severity of the case. Those with serious consequences will be held criminally responsible. If there is a power outage in the dormitory due to the use of illegal electrical appliances, a fine of 2 yuan will be required each time the power is restored.

8. Students should consciously abide by the regulations of accommodation management. If a student suffers a personal injury or death due to personal failure to abide by the schedule, leaving early and returning late, instead of walking through the door, climbing stairs, or jumping out of a window, he/she will be responsible for it.

9. The student apartment is a collective dormitory. Students are asked to properly keep their cash, mobile phones, computers, cameras and other valuables. If any theft occurs, they should report it to the security office in time. The school is responsible for searching. , but there is no obligation to compensate for stolen finances.

10. Since there is no waterproof layer on the dormitory floor, students should not pour water on the ground when mopping the floor or using water to avoid seeping into the dormitory downstairs through the floor. The dormitory that uses water will be responsible for compensation for any losses caused. .

11. Winter and summer vacations are the renovation period for student apartments. Students should roll up their luggage and pack their belongings before leaving school to avoid unnecessary losses. When students leave school, they should take away valuables such as computers, valid IDs, cash, etc. to avoid loss. If it is lost without taking it away, you will be responsible for the consequences.

12. Alcoholism is strictly prohibited in the apartment. You will be responsible for any personal injury or death caused by excessive drinking and alcohol poisoning.

Article 5 Dormitory Discipline Management

13. It is strictly prohibited to make loud noises, boo, shout, dance, fight, whistle, play loud speakers, or play football in the apartment building wait.

14. Students should abide by the apartment schedule and must not affect other people's study and rest. Playing mahjong, gambling, fighting, and brawling are not allowed indoors. Mahjong and other gambling equipment are not allowed into the apartment. No gambling equipment is allowed after lunch breaks and lights out at night. Talking and laughing loudly, and no speakers or wind instruments are allowed.

15. It is strictly prohibited to keep animals in the dormitory area.

16. Slogans, advertisements, and posters are not allowed in the apartment area, and superstitious activities are strictly prohibited.

17. Business activities and other activities are not allowed in the apartment area without permission. Prior application is required for public welfare activities.

18. Football, volleyball, badminton, tennis, shuttlecock and other sports activities are not allowed in the dormitory.

Article 6. Dormitory hygiene management

1. Each dormitory must be cleaned every day by a student on duty to ensure that items are neatly placed, the floor is clean, the windows are clear and clean, and there are no spider webs or cobwebs. There is no hanging dust, no garbage, and no traces of phlegm.

2. Garbage swept out of the dormitory must be thrown into the trash can or garbage chute, and it is strictly prohibited to pile it up in the corridor.

3. Random postings and graffiti are prohibited in the building and dormitories, and it is prohibited to draw curtains on the bed.

4. It is not allowed to throw dirty water in the corridors and windows, throw stolen goods, burn items, or spit everywhere.

5. Do not pour leftover food and debris into the sewer or toilet to avoid clogging the pipes.
