Civilized construction standardized management

Civilized construction is the window of an enterprise and a symbol of its improvement of social image, so it has attracted much attention. This manual mainly explains the aspects of gates, fences, roads, material storage, office areas, living areas, canteens, toilets, shower rooms, dust and noise control, publicity boards, and civilized construction through a combination of pictures and texts.

3.1.1 On-site planning

Before the start of the project, carry out targeted civilized construction management planning based on the actual situation on site, and form a planning document or site layout plan to ensure civilized construction on site Management and control content is fully demonstrated.

The main content of on-site planning includes: selecting entrance roads, enclosing construction areas, selecting office areas, selecting living areas, selecting material storage and processing sites, arranging water source access points, and arranging power (network) connections. When entering points, arranging temporary construction roads, vehicle turning sites, etc., each area needs to consider the site area at the same time to ensure that construction and living needs are met.

The following principles must be followed when laying out each area:

1) The layout should be scientific and reasonable, and the construction site should occupy a small area.

2) Organize transportation reasonably and minimize secondary handling.

3) Meet the requirements of the overall construction deployment and construction process, and reduce mutual interference.

4) Make full use of existing buildings and reduce temporary construction costs.

5) Temporary facilities should be convenient for life and production, and the living area, office area and production area should be separated.

6) Meet the requirements of energy conservation, environmental protection, safety and fire protection.

3.1.2 Site layout

3.1.2.1 Site gate

The gates and doorposts at the construction site should be strong and beautiful, with a height of not less than 2m, and marked with the company logo. If conditions permit, access control systems and computer monitoring can be used (Figure 1 is the rendering of the construction site gate; Figure 2 is the elevation of the construction area gate).

3.1.2.2 Guard Room and Safety Warning Mirror

The guard room is located inside the gate and uses color steel composite panel walls. Establish a safety and security system on site and arrange special personnel for inspection; implement an entry and exit registration system, non-staff are prohibited from entering, and safety helmets are issued to outside service personnel.

A safety warning mirror is set up at the entrance to remind workers to pay attention to safety at all times and wear safety equipment in strict accordance with regulations (Figure 3 is the rendering of the guard room and warning mirror; Figure 4 is the plane and elevation of the guard; Figure 5 is the warning mirror).

3.1.2.3 Site Fence

The construction site shall be managed in a closed manner. The fence shall be strong and tight, with a height of not less than 1.8m, and the main urban road sections shall not be lower than 2.5m. The fence material should be made of special shaped plates or blocks. It is strictly prohibited to stick, graffiti or post randomly on the wall (Figure 6 shows the fence construction drawing).

3.1.2.4 Main roads

The main roads on site will be hardened according to actual conditions, regularly sprinkled with water to reduce dust, with a width of not less than 4m, and drainage ditches set up on both sides.

3.1.2.5 Picture board setting

Set a "project bulletin board" at an appropriate location outside the gate, and the bulletin board must be solid. The content of the bulletin board mainly includes the project name, project source, main construction tasks; construction unit, design unit, supervision unit, construction unit; project specific location, area and other data; renderings and other content.

The picture board is arranged inside the on-site gate. The graphics are rectangular, with a height-to-width or aspect ratio of 3:2 (see the board elevation for specific dimensions). They are made of straight plates and have unified specifications. Generally, projects are equipped with six cards and two pictures, namely: project overview card, management personnel list card, safety production card, civilized construction card, fire protection card, entry instructions card, site master plan, and project renderings. The specific number can be increased or decreased based on the actual situation, such as adding entrance notice boards, daily notice boards for dangerous operations, accident case boards, safety reward and punishment boards, publicity boards, newspaper reading boards, safety production calendar boards and engineering renderings, etc. There should not be too many signboards installed on site, and they should be mainly practical (Figure 7 is the rendering of the signboard; Figure 8 is the elevation view of the signboard).

3.1.2.6 Tooling

In order to establish and maintain a good social image of the unit, create a corporate cultural atmosphere, and achieve standardized management, construction site managers, construction personnel, etc. must uniformly wear uniforms according to seasons. 3.1.2.7 Badges

The construction site management personnel of the unit must wear badges in a neat and uniform manner. The badge is 100mm high and 70mm wide (Figure 10 is an illustration of the badge).

3.1.2.8 Safety helmets

Project management personnel, construction workers and guests must wear safety helmets of corresponding colors at the construction site in accordance with regulations. Safety helmets are uniformly configured by the unit and printed with a unified logo of the unit. (Figure 11 shows a special safety helmet)

3.1.2.9 On-site publicity slogans

The construction site should set up and hang publicity slogans in the construction area, office area and living area based on the actual situation to promote Regulations and standards on civilized construction management, and enhance employees’ safety awareness and quality awareness. 3.1.2.10 Office

When purchasing, purchase from manufacturers on the list of qualified suppliers, and purchase materials at the lowest price while ensuring quality. If there are quality problems with the materials, the supplier will be removed from the list of qualified suppliers and will not be hired for one year. .

Understand market conditions and product information, and promote and use new materials and new processes with good product quality and reasonable prices in a timely manner.

When purchasing, we must strictly control the quality of materials and strengthen the inspection and acceptance of materials. Purchased products must have factory certificates to avoid material problems that may affect the quality of the project. Responsible for handling the on-site material acceptance work and submitting various material certificates in a timely manner.

Supervise and inspect the use of on-site materials, assist construction workers to ensure civilized construction on site, be responsible for the application and management of large-scale turnover tools, inventory materials on a monthly basis, prepare reports, and report in a timely manner.

Responsible for fire safety work in warehouses, material yards, and construction sites, and conscientiously perform maintenance of small equipment and tools.

(5) Safety officer job responsibilities

(6) Document Clerk Job Responsibilities

Sampling, sending for inspection, retrieval of results, reporting, and classified storage of various test blocks and test pieces during construction.

3.1.2.11 Dormitory

The floor of the dormitory should be hardened. Each dormitory should be equipped with a maximum of 4 bunk beds, and each bed should be equipped with a power plug.

Simple wardrobes and shelves for daily necessities are placed in the dormitory. Beds and bedding are provided by the unit and are kept and used by individuals. They must be clean and tidy, and management regulations and hygiene schedules must be hung.

The net height of the dormitory shall be no less than 2.7m, the width of the passage shall not be less than 1m, the bed area per person shall be no less than 2m2, daily necessities shall be placed neatly, and the room shall be kept ventilated.

The dormitory should be equipped with fire extinguishing equipment in accordance with regulations

(1) Workers’ dormitory management regulations

Hospital employees must obey the dormitory management regulations, and outsiders without permission will not be allowed to enter the dormitory. No accommodation allowed.

Employees must take good care of public property in the dormitory and are not allowed to damage, dismantle or modify it. Otherwise, they will be compensated according to the price and fined depending on the severity of the case.

Employees must take good care of the hygiene of the dormitory. All daily utensils must be clean and orderly. They are not allowed to spit, urinate or litter in the dormitory, and keep the room clean and beautiful; they are not allowed to go outside the window. Throwing debris, dumping dirt, and graffiti on the walls are not allowed. Garbage must be dumped indoors and outdoors. Garbage must be dumped in designated places. Dormitory staff will take turns cleaning each room every day.

Strictly abide by work and rest schedules. Loud speakers are strictly prohibited in the dormitory. Playing mahjong, poker, drinking, smoking and making loud noises are prohibited. Employees working the night shift must keep quiet.

Pay attention to saving water and electricity, and avoid wasteful phenomena such as running lights and running water.

Be vigilant, do a good job in fire prevention and anti-theft work, and strictly prevent the occurrence of fire accidents. It is strictly forbidden to use electric stoves, rice cookers and other high-energy electrical appliances indoors.

If something is stolen inside the dormitory, in addition to protecting the scene, you should report it to the dormitory management staff immediately. Dormitory keys issued to employees can only be used by themselves and cannot be given privately or lent to others. Employees on vacation must entrust their belongings to others to take care of them to avoid loss.

Without special reasons, long-term employees must return to the dormitory before 22:00 at the latest. No one is allowed to go out after 22:00 (except for work needs).

3.1.2.12 Canteen

The construction site needs to set up a canteen according to the number of people, and keep a distance of more than 30m between the canteen and toilets, garbage dumps and other harmful places.

The canteen should have a separate production room and operation room, and must have mosquito and fly prevention measures.

The distance between the grain storage table and the wall and the ground should be greater than 0.2m.

The canteen should be equipped with water sources, drainage facilities, and refrigeration facilities. Sealed swill buckets, grease traps, and sealed trash cans should be set up outdoors, and domestic garbage should be disposed of in a timely manner.

Canteen staff must hold certificates to work and undergo regular physical examinations.

The canteen should be equipped with at least one fire-fighting facility.

(1) Canteen Management System

Canteen cooks should do a health check before taking up their posts, and should do a good job in cleaning the area, pay attention to hygiene, and "eliminate the four pests" ".

Breakfast: 7:00～8:00, lunch: 12:00～13:00, dinner: 17:30～18:30.

3.1.2.13 Shower room, laundry room, toilet

A flush toilet should be installed on site, a fertilizer pool should be built, the toilet should have complete doors and windows, and measures should be taken to eliminate flies. 3.1.2.14 Medical Room

Set up a medical room or equip a medical box according to the actual situation, prepare enough commonly used medicines, check the quantity and validity period regularly, and replace and replenish them in time.

3.1.2.15 Firefighting

Equip sufficient firefighting equipment in accordance with firefighting regulations, establish a firefighting system, an approval system for the use of open flames, and conduct firefighting education, firefighting drills, and training. Strict management and control of key fire-fighting areas and key fire-fighting periods. 3.1.2.16 Material Stacking

Various materials on site should be uniformly arranged according to the construction plan, neatly classified and stacked, and the material labeling should be clear and accurate. The material storage site should be flat and compact, with drainage measures in place. Steel bars, cement and other materials need to be erected with isolation layers, and attention should be paid to moisture and waterproofing.

3.1.2.17 Dust control

If necessary, set up vehicle washing facilities inside the construction site gate to keep the exiting vehicles clean; exposed earthwork should be tightly covered with dense-mesh safety nets; dust from drilling and other Serious processes must install sprinkler devices to reduce dust.

3.1.2.18 Noise

Control the noise of high-noise equipment such as woodworking chainsaws, ground pumps, concrete trucks, air compressors, down-the-hole hammers, etc., and arrange operation time reasonably, Avoid arranging the work at night, noon, and morning to avoid affecting the rest of surrounding residents; arrange the work location reasonably and try to stay away from residential buildings to reduce the impact.

3.1.2.19 Light Pollution Control

Set up a shading shed during welding operations to prevent strong light from affecting the construction site area and surroundings; try to avoid welding operations at night.

3.1.2.20 Save water, electricity, and materials

It is forbidden to keep lights on or running water, and turn off computers, copies, printers and other electrical appliances after get off work; choose building materials that can be reused or recycled , to achieve the purpose of saving.
