Torch carnival

Time: July 26-July 28, 7:00- 10:00 every night, and the carnival lasts for 3 days.

Venue: Huoba Square in Luojiabo Township, Baimiao Village Poetry Town in Daqi Township, and Huoba Square in Sihe Township, Xichang City.

It should be noted that this year's main venue, Luojiabo Township, adopts the ticketing system, and visitors need to enter the venue by ticket. Torch Carnival is held from July 26th to July 28th, from 7:00 to 10:00 every night, lasting for 3 days.

There is no need to buy tickets for Shizhen in Baimiao Village of Daqing Township and Torch Square in Sihe Township. Torch Carnival will be held from 8: 00 pm to 10 on July 26th.

Introduction to Torch Festival:

Torch Festival is a grand festival with the largest scale, the richest content, the most spectacular scene, the largest number of participants and the strongest national characteristics among many traditional festivals of Yi people. It has profound folk culture connotation and is called "Oriental Carnival".

The traditional torch festival of Yi people in Liangshan, Xichang, China will be held on July 26th, including 28 rich activities in five sections. Among them, the Torch Carnival will be held in Torch Square in Luojiabo Township, Xichang City, Poetry Town in Baimiao Village, Daqing Township and Torch Square in Sihe Township on the evening of July 26th. Visitors can choose one of them to have a carnival and feel the charm of "Oriental Carnival".

The theme of this year's Torch Festival is still "Burning Torch in Cool Summer", which lasts from July 26th to August 1, and some rural tourism activities will last until September. This year's Torch Festival is divided into five sections: Torch Carnival, Cultural Tourism, Sports Tourism, Rural Tourism, Recruiting Talents and Attracting Investment, with a total of 28 projects.

Luo Jiabo and Daqing Carnival

The torch carnival time in Radish Township and Daqing Township is July 26th 19:30-22:00. The core areas are: Huoba Square in Luojiabo Township and Poetry Town in Daqing Township; Control points are set at the south exit of Guan Hai Road, the intersection of Daily News Company and Haibin Road, and the intersection of Wetland Phase II and Martyrs Cemetery.

From 8: 00 am on July 26th, all social vehicles are prohibited from parking on both sides of the road from Kaixuan Hotel to the intersection of Huanhai Road of Puge 2 12 Provincial Highway in Baimiao Village, Daqing Township, and from Yaogang to 505 section.

To go to the above two torch carnival attractions, visitors can take a special bus ferry.

Bus ferry route: 1. Turn left at the National Stadium-Haihe No.1 traffic light intersection-Nanshan Avenue-Haibin Road-Yaogang Sancha Road intersection-Torch Carnival experience point; 2. Wetland Phase III intersection-Guan Hai Road-Guan Hai Road South Exit turn left-Haibin Road-Yaogang Sancha Road intersection-Torch Carnival experience point.

After the carnival night, the cylinder kiln control point will first release the vehicles entering the city. From 2 1: 00 on 26th to 0: 00 on 27th, vehicles entering the city can enter through the intersection of Xiaoyucun, Phase 5 and Phase 3 of Wetland, and turn right at Xiaoyucun Avenue to the east extension of Hangtian Avenue. After ensuring the smooth traffic of vehicles entering the city, the vehicles heading for Puge and Dechang will be released.

There are parking lots around: more than 300 parking lots next to Baiyue Hotel, more than 50 parking lots of No.10 Hydropower Bureau/KLOC-0, more than 30 parking lots of Guanwan Bus, more than 0/00 parking lots of Wutongshu Primary School/KLOC-0, more than 300 parking lots next to Martyrs Cemetery 100, more than 750 parking lots of battery factory, and more than 750 parking lots of Nanhong Agate in the third phase of wetland.

Sixiang barbecue bar carnival branch

The time of Sixiang Torch Carnival is July 26th19: 30-22: 00; The core area is: Sihe Bridge Head in Sihe Township; From 9: 00 am on July 26, control vehicles at No.3 post; All social vehicles are prohibited from parking on both sides of the road from Sangang to Liangshan Prison's family area and T-junction of Xihe Yanhe Road; Emergency evacuation control section: the section from Sihe Bridge to Sihe Township Primary School. In case of emergency, traffic control will be implemented at the intersection of Shengli North Road, Zhou Min Middle Road and Panxi Geological Team. All participants will be evacuated to temporary access roads and traffic control sections.

After the implementation of traffic control, the first line of Shengli North Road implemented a single cycle. The detour route is: intersection of Laoximen Street on Shengli North Road-Chaihuoji intersection, left-state drug rehabilitation center section-Xihe East Road intersection, left-Xihe East Road intersection-Shimin Jiayuan intersection.

If the traffic volume is too large to pass, traffic control will be implemented at the intersection of the West Police Court and the Party School of Shengli North Road, and all vehicles will be prohibited from driving in the direction of Sihe Township; Implement traffic diversion at the intersection of traffic lights at No.3 post to persuade all social vehicles going to Sihe Township to return.

It is only 2 kilometers from the control point to the carnival point. Because there is no large parking lot near the control point, it is inconvenient for the car ferry to pass. People are advised to walk to the carnival according to their physical conditions, paying special attention to the personal safety of the elderly and children.

The truck control points are set from July 26th 15: 00 to July 27th 1: 30, at the intersection of national highway 108 505, provincial highway 2 12, Puge intersection of Baimiao village in Daqing Township, Yaogang traffic light intersection, four and a half kilometers, West Railway Station and Sanyakou.
