Zhuangyan Town Central Primary School now administers 9 schools, including one central primary school and village small 8 Institute, with 24 students18 and faculty 165. In 2006, our school was named as a civilized unit in Rizhao City. In the past two years, our school has taken civilized units in Rizhao as a new starting point, adhered to Theory of Three Represents Theory as a guide, implemented the Scientific Outlook on Development, adhered to people-oriented and harmonious development, vigorously promoted the establishment of school civilization, realized the functions of educating people, serving people and managing people, vigorously promoted quality education, and strived to improve the quality of running schools. The work of creating civilization in the past year is summarized as follows:

First, deepen the creation work with urban civilized units as the starting point.

1. Further strengthen the leadership of the creation work.

After the school became a civilized unit in Rizhao City, we found the gap in achievements, further defined the goal of creating a civilized unit in Rizhao City, and incorporated the creation work into the school's medium and long-term development plan. A five-year plan for the development of spiritual civilization in the school was formulated.

On the basis of a series of civilizations established in previous years, the operation was further standardized, and civilized campuses, civilized classes (civilized offices) and civilized teachers and students were evaluated. First, a series of rules and regulations have been formulated, such as Zhuang Yan Central Primary School Civilized Campus Appraisal Method, Zhuang Yan Central Primary School Civilized Office Appraisal Rules and Zhuangyan Town Civilized Class Appraisal Standard. 3.
