Article 1: According to the regulations of the State Council and the Central Military Commission on the establishment and use of radio stations and the division of radio transmission and reception areas in large cities, in order to reasonably arrange the layout of radio stations and stations, strengthen management, prevent interference, and give full play to radio In order to enhance the efficiency of the equipment, in order to enhance combat readiness and adapt to the needs of the construction of the four modernizations, the radio transmission and reception areas delineated in 1963 have been adjusted based on the situation in Shanghai, and these regulations have been formulated. Article 2 After adjustment, this city is divided into three receiving areas: northern suburbs, western suburbs, and eastern suburbs; three sending areas: western suburbs, southern suburbs, and eastern suburbs; and two radio station protection zones, Zhenru and ***qingnursery. And the area within the Zhongshan Ring Road in the urban area is used as a residential area; the areas between districts and between industrial zones and towns are buffer zones (see attached map). Generally, the edge of the receiving area should be kept at least four kilometers from the edge of the sending area and industrial zone, and more than two kilometers from the edge of residential areas. The edge of the sending area is more than two kilometers away from the edge of the industrial zone and residential area. As for the existing radio stations in Hongqiao area, they will be gradually adjusted and moved out with the development of urban construction. Article 3 All types of newly built long, medium and short wave radio stations and satellite ground stations should be built in the sending and receiving area in accordance with these regulations. Only small radio stations with few circuits, low power and low communication environment requirements can be located in buffer zones and residential areas with approval. The maximum power of a transmitter located in a residential area shall not exceed 150 watts; the maximum power of a transmitter located in a buffer zone shall not exceed 250 watts. If the power exceeds the above regulations, but there are special requirements for the installation location, such as navigation, experimental, television, military, public security and other departments' radio stations, as well as ultra-short wave, microwave, radar stations, etc., they can be installed across regions after approval, but It should not affect the work of surrounding radio stations. Article 4: In order to ensure the normal operation of the radio station, the municipal planning management department and relevant units where the radio station is located should protect the radio station in accordance with the environmental protection requirements. When conflicts occur, in principle, the work of the radio station should be taken care of and resolved through consultation by the relevant parties.

The general protection requirements for radio stations located in the transceiver area and radio protection zone are that no new houses are allowed within 100 meters from the edge of the radio antenna technical area; no houses are allowed to be built within 500 meters. The height of buildings within one thousand meters should not exceed the elevation angle of 2.5 degrees at the edge of the technical zone; factories with large amounts of soot, corrosive gases and sewage should not be built within two kilometers. If individual radio stations must increase protection content and improve protection requirements due to work needs, the competent unit shall put forward opinions and obtain the consent of the Municipal Radio Management Committee and the Municipal Planning Management Department.

The clearance requirements for established microwave and radar stations and ultra-shortwave stations with special requirements should be protected after obtaining the consent of the Municipal Radio Management Committee and the Municipal Planning Management Department. Article 5 Technical requirements for protection of collection stations located in receiving areas and protected areas:
