Liang Hanming, commander of the 99th Kuomintang Army, participated in dozens of battles during the Anti-Japanese War. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, he led his troops to Jiujiang and accepted the Japanese surrender. Liang Hanming ordered Japanese prisoners of war to build a monument for our soldiers killed in the Anti-Japanese War in Lushan Mountain, and personally inscribed it on the stone tablet:
