1. General safety precautions

① Before using the loader, the driver and relevant personnel must carefully read the operation and maintenance manual or operation and maintenance manual provided by the manufacturing enterprise, and do as specified in the data. Otherwise, it will bring serious consequences and unnecessary losses.

② The driver should meet the safety requirements and wear necessary protective facilities.

2. Safety precautions before starting the engine

① Check and ensure that all lamps and lanterns are illuminated and all display lamps can display normally. In particular, check the normal display of turn signals and brake display lights.

② check and ensure that no one is allowed to work under the vehicle or near the loader when starting the engine, so as to ensure that the safety of oneself or others will not be

endangered in case of an accident.

③ Before starting, the shift control handle of the loader should be turned to neutral position.

⑤ Start or run the engine only in places with good air flow. When operating indoors, connect the exhaust port of the engine to or face the outdoor.

3. Safety precautions after starting the engine and during operation

① After starting the engine, do not prepare to start until the braking pressure reaches a safe pressure, so as to ensure the braking safety during driving. If there is emergency braking, press the button of emergency and parking brake valve (only when the air pressure reaches the allowable starting air pressure, the button can be pressed, otherwise it will automatically jump up), so that the emergency and parking brake can be released before starting in gear. If there is no emergency brake, just put down the parking brake handle and release the parking brake to start.

4. Safety precautions when stopping

When the loader can only be parked on the ramp, the tires should be firmly padded.
