Is it better to buy a house in a big community or a small community? What's the difference between them?

I have experienced this. I have lived in large communities and small communities for more than ten years and have a deep understanding.

Let's start with the big community. My family ranks among the top 35,500 households in the city, involving villas, conjoined buildings, multi-storey, small high-rise and high-rise. Very comprehensive, with a total area of 400,000 square meters, a green area of 224,000 square meters and a river area of 60,000 square meters.

Because I think it's too big, it doesn't take 15 minutes to walk home from the gate of the community. Every time I pick up the courier and buy things at the gate of the community, I have to walk for a long time. If you drive, with more and more people staying, you always find it difficult to park, and there are still some things to vote on, such as garbage sorting, such as installing clothes drying poles and parking spaces. These are controversial and no one is satisfied.

So I changed a community, with 600 households, 1.3 million square meters. The community is very small, because I bought a parking space and I don't worry about parking.

It is convenient to get out of the community door, but there is little greening. Every time I run, I feel that the community is not big, and many neighbors look up and see each other. There are no available property houses, no business districts, no fitness and dancing places.

Advantages of a large community: large area, many sports facilities, tennis courts, basketball courts, squares, commercial areas, scenic rivers, pavilions, battery cars, convenient garbage sorting and group buying.

Disadvantages of large-scale residential areas: many people, loud noise, poor management of residential areas, garbage sorting, personnel management and vehicle access. There are many parking spaces, but there are more vehicles. Voting is troublesome.

Advantages of a small community: few people are quiet, relatively easy to manage, and the property service can be better (the property fee is also expensive). It is convenient to go out and walk out of the gate of the community.

Disadvantages of small communities: less landscape, less sports venues, less supporting facilities, no commercial buildings and few property buildings. Available green area or idle land area is small. It is difficult to organize a group purchase.

The ruler is short, the inch is long, there is no perfect person and no perfect community, and an inclusive heart is needed.
