-Warmly congratulate the first manned rendezvous and docking on its complete success.

On June 29th 10: 03, the Shenzhou-9 spacecraft with three astronauts landed safely, and China's first manned rendezvous and docking mission was a complete success. I would like to express my warm congratulations to the scientific and technological workers, cadres and workers and PLA officers and men who participated in this mission, and my sincere condolences to the heroic astronauts.

The complete success of the first manned rendezvous and docking mission is another important milestone in the development history of China's manned space program, which has achieved another major breakthrough in China's space rendezvous and docking technology and marked a decisive and important progress in the second-step strategy of China's manned space program.
