After research, it is decided to carry out comprehensive management of electrical fire hazards in the whole center from now on. Combined with the actual situation of our unit, the implementation plan is formulated as follows:

I. Work objectives

Firmly establish? Safety first, prevention first and comprehensive treatment? Comprehensively investigate and rectify the hidden dangers and problems existing in the production quality of electrical products, the use and management of electrical products and their lines, severely crack down on illegal activities of manufacturing and selling fake and shoddy electrical products, and conduct in-depth research? Safe production year? Activities, further discover the weak links in production safety and outstanding problems of fire hazards, prevent production safety accidents, successfully complete the annual production safety tasks, and maintain the continuous stability of production safety work in our center.

Third, the scope and focus of governance and standards.

Governance scope:

(two) carefully check the pharmacy, warehouse, disinfection room, computer room and other important parts to eliminate potential safety hazards.

(three) to educate children and their families to enhance safety awareness, consciously abide by traffic rules, carefully set off fireworks and firecrackers, and strengthen various safety precautions.

(four) strengthen the duty, implement the responsibility, do a good job in fire prevention, theft prevention and prevention of unsafe accidents.

(5) Electrical wiring and equipment

1. Electrical lines and equipment shall be electrical products with production license or CCC certification, and shall be suitable for the environment of crowded places.

2. Protective devices such as short circuit, overload and electric leakage set in the meter box and distribution box should be kept intact and effective, and the protective function should be tested regularly.

3. The wire pressing standard of each terminal in the distribution box is firm, and the number of wires connected to the terminals shall not exceed 2. There is no discoloration or aging at the end of the conductor, and the protective measures for exposed metal parts are in good condition and effective, and sundries shall not be piled up in the box.

4. The laying mode of electrical lines is in good condition due to the specifications and protective measures, and other items should not be hung on the wires, and the insulation layer of the wires is not damaged or aged.

5. Fire prevention measures such as wearing metal pipes and sealing boxes should be taken for electrical circuits laid above combustible materials or in suspended ceilings with combustible materials.

6. When switches, sockets and lighting lamps are close to combustible materials, fire prevention measures such as heat insulation and heat dissipation should be taken.

7. Electric heating equipment and high-power electrical appliances should keep a safe distance from combustible materials and should not be covered by combustible materials.

8. When replacing or adding electrical equipment, the electrical wiring should be re-checked and arranged, and protective measures should be set according to the actual load.

10. When using the mobile socket to get electricity, the power load should match the safety load of the existing electrical lines, and high-power electrical equipment should not be used illegally, and temporary wires should not be connected without authorization.

(6) Electrical safety management

1. When you get off work, cut off unnecessary power.

2. All departments are strictly forbidden to use electricity overload, and shall not connect temporary wires without authorization.

Don't charge the electric car in the lobby on the first floor, and don't stop.

4. Electrical wiring laying, electrical equipment installation and maintenance personnel should have corresponding professional qualification certificates.

5. Each department shall regularly maintain and test electrical circuits and products, and record and file them.

6. Each department shall formulate corresponding operating rules for electrical equipment and organize staff training, formulate emergency plans for electrical fires, and organize staff to exercise regularly.

All departments should strengthen electrical fire safety training, strengthen positive guidance and typical case warning publicity; Health departments carry out various forms of electrical safety knowledge publicity and popular science activities to continuously improve the awareness of electrical fire prevention in the whole society.

(8) Exploring and popularizing advanced technical and physical defense measures.

Combined with the actual situation, seriously carry out investigation, find out the outstanding electrical safety hazards within the jurisdiction, explore advanced electrical fire prevention measures, formulate management regulations, standardize daily management, and improve the level of prevention.

Governance priorities:

Remedial standard:

(3) Fire separation inspection: The parts with high fire risk such as power distribution room, disinfection room and canteen are strictly separated from other surrounding places by fire prevention, with strict fire prevention measures and strict fire safety management system.

(4) Inspection of personnel safety evacuation system: the safety exits, evacuation passages and stairwells shall be kept unblocked, unlocked and free of any articles.

(5) Fire hydrant inspection: First, the fire hydrants in the corridor are not buried, occupied or blocked, and the signs are obvious. The water gun, hose, button and other accessories in the box are complete, and the hose and interface are firmly bound; The second is to check the system function.

(6) Fire extinguisher inspection: First, the pressure meets the requirements. Second, the fire extinguisher is set in an obvious and convenient place, which does not affect the safe evacuation.

(7) Other inspections: First, the setting and use of electrical equipment, gas appliance, switches, sockets, lighting lamps, etc. And the materials and laying of electrical lines and gas pipelines meet the requirements. Second, the fire lane is unimpeded.

Fourth, the task

The work schedule of comprehensive management of electrical fire in our center is from August 20 17 to April 2020, and the heads of all departments are the first responsible persons, so it is necessary to arrange the deployment quickly and conduct in-depth and detailed inspection of the undergraduate course according to the principle of individual responsibility.
