Kang Baohong, currently deputy researcher of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee, is proposed to be the director of the Municipal News Center. Born in August 1966, a native of Shuocheng District, with a university degree from the Central Party School. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1990 and started working in July 1988. He once served as deputy bureau-level inspector of the Shuocheng District Committee Office, deputy director and director of the office of Shuozhou Daily, editorial board member of Shuozhou Daily, and director of the printing factory. He assumed his current position in November 2008.
Yang Chengqing, currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Shuocheng District Committee, is proposed to be the director of the Xishan Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Management Bureau. Born in March 1964 in Shanyin County, with an on-the-job college degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in September 1991 and started working in August 1987. He once served as the deputy section chief of the Cadre Education Section (Informed Work Office) of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, a section-level organizer, the director of the Reporting Center, the section chief of the Cadre Supervision Section, and a deputy division-level organizer. He assumed his current position in April 2017.
Wang Wen, currently the deputy county magistrate of Ying County, is proposed to be chairman of the county (district) CPPCC. Born in December 1962, a native of Ying County, with a college degree from the Party School of the Prefectural Committee. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1986 and started working in October 1982. He once served as deputy secretary of the Party Committee and disciplinary inspection secretary of Lishuping Township in Yingxian County, deputy director of the Planning Committee of Yingxian County, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Chengguan Town in Yingxian County and secretary of the general branch of the sub-district office, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and head of Zangzhai Township, and Dahuangwei Township. Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Nanhezhong Town. He assumed his current position in June 2011.
Huo Zhi, currently the deputy researcher of the Municipal Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau, is proposed to be the deputy director of the Municipal Education Bureau. Shu Xiaohai, currently the Chief of the Comprehensive Section of the Municipal Party Committee General Office, is proposed to be the Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Party Committee. Born in July 1981, Manchu, native of Youyu County, university degree, Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 2002 and started working in October 2005. He once served as deputy secretary of the Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Yuanbaozi Town, Youyu County, deputy chief clerk of the Youyu County Party Committee Office, and chief clerk of the Municipal Party Committee Office. He assumed his current position in April 2012.
Li Xin, currently the director of the Office of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, is proposed to be the director of the Municipal Reemployment Service Center (Employment Service Center). Born in June 1973, from Shuocheng District, with a university degree and a bachelor's degree in economics. He joined the Communist Party of China in July 1996 and started working in July 1997. He once served as deputy chief clerk of the Municipal Personnel Bureau and chief clerk of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. He assumed his current position in September 2013.
Ren Zigang is currently the director of the Municipal Water Conservancy Project Construction Quality and Safety Supervision Station and is proposed to be the chief engineer of the Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau. Born in February 1972, from Shuocheng District, with a university degree and a senior engineer. He joined the Communist Party of China in October 2010 and started working in November 1997. He once served as deputy director and director of the Municipal Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters Office, and director of the Municipal Water Conservancy Project Management Station. He assumed his current position in June 2016.
Hao Yun is currently the party secretary of Shentou Town, Shuocheng District, and is proposed to be a member of the county (district) party and government leadership team. Born in November 1975 in Baode County, with a university degree and a bachelor's degree in economics. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1999 and started working in August 1997. He once served as deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Shuocheng District Committee, executive deputy director of the Organization Department of the Shuocheng District Committee, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and mayor of Fushanzhuang Township, and deputy secretary of the Party Committee and mayor of Shentou Town. He assumed his current position in April 2016.
Tian Xinshi, currently director of the Youyu County Party Committee Office, is proposed to be deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the management committee of Youyu Ecological and Cultural Tourism Development Zone.
Born in July 1974, a native of Youyu County, with an on-the-job university degree and a master's degree in agricultural extension. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 2002 and started working in September 1994. He once served as deputy director of the Youyu County Government Office, director of the County History Office, deputy director of the Emergency Office, deputy secretary and mayor of the Gaojiabao Township Party Committee, deputy secretary and mayor of the Weiyuan Town Party Committee, and secretary of the Weiyuan Town Party Committee. He assumed his current position in April 2017.
Han Xiangyang, currently the principal of the No. 6 Primary School in the city, is planned to be the director of the Organization and United Front Work Department of Shuozhou Normal College. Born in August 1967, from Pinglu District, with an on-the-job college degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in October 1992 and started working in August 1988. He once served as vice principal and principal of Shuozhou Railway Middle School, and director of the Education Supervision Office of the Municipal People's Government. He assumed his current position in December 2017.
Ge Lianping, female, is currently the director of the Information Center of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and is planned to be the director of the Discipline Inspection Commission Office of Shuozhou Normal College. Born in May 1970, a native of Shenchi County, with a university degree from the Central Party School. He joined the Communist Party of China in April 2002 and started working in August 1990. He once served as deputy director of the Party Member Audio-visual Education Office and director of the Party Member Modern Education Remote Office of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee. He assumed his current position in August 2017.
Zhang Deliang, former director of the General Affairs Office of Shuozhou Branch of Shanxi Datong University, is proposed to be the director of the Party Committee Office of Shuozhou Normal College. Born in March 1965, a native of Yanggao County, with an on-the-job college degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1985 and started working in August 1985. He once served as deputy director of the administrative office of Shuozhou Normal Branch of Shanxi Datong University. In September 2011, he served as the director of the General Affairs Office of Shanxi Datong University Shuozhou Branch.
Li Shumao, former director of the Chinese Department of Shuozhou Branch of Shanxi Datong University, is proposed to be the director of the Academic Affairs Office of Shuozhou Normal College. Born in July 1965 in Shuocheng District, with a university degree and a Bachelor of Arts. He joined the Communist Party of China in July 1999 and started working in July 1988. He once served as deputy director of the Academic Affairs Office of Shuozhou Normal Branch of Shanxi Datong University. In September 2011, he served as the director of the Chinese Department of Shanxi Datong University, Shuozhou Branch.
Yan Shouguo, the former director of the Student Affairs Office of Shanxi Datong University Shuozhou Branch, is proposed to be the director of the Student Affairs Office of Shuozhou Normal College. Born in March 1962, a native of Yingxian County, with a university degree and a bachelor's degree in education. He joined the Jiusan Society in February 2010 and started working in July 1988. He once served as the deputy director of the Student Affairs Office of Shuozhou Normal Branch of Shanxi Datong University. In September 2011, he served as the Director of the Student Affairs Office of Shanxi Datong University Shuozhou Branch.
Liu Dongmei, female, is currently the principal of the Municipal Sports School and is planned to be the director of the physical education department of Shuozhou Normal College.
