Twelve characteristics of security policy

Safety management has the word 12: safety first, prevention first and comprehensive management. The new "Law on Work Safety" establishes the "twelve-character policy" of "safety first, prevention first and comprehensive treatment", and defines the important position, main tasks and fundamental ways to realize work safety.
