All personnel entering the terminal must cooperate to check the "travel code" and "health code" and conduct non-inductive temperature measurement. Only when the "Travel Code" and "Health Code" are in normal state and their body temperature is normal can they enter the terminal. At the same time, when passengers check in, the check-in staff will further check the passenger's health information such as destination health code according to the latest epidemic risk warning and epidemic prevention and control requirements issued by civil aviation and China. In addition, Xining Airport strengthens environmental disinfection measures by strengthening the implementation of the three-level monitoring mechanism for epidemic prevention and control, focusing on disinfection of check-in areas, temperature measuring areas, covered bridges, boarding gate areas, baggage claim areas, elevators and other areas, and publicizing epidemic prevention and control information to ensure the health and safety of passengers and employees. On the basis of environmental disinfection, environmental nucleic acid detection is carried out in the whole region every six days to ensure the safe travel of passengers.

Article 10 The State shall carry out health education on the prevention of infectious diseases. The news media should carry out public welfare propaganda for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and public health education free of charge.

Schools at all levels and types should educate students on health knowledge and prevention of infectious diseases. Medical colleges and universities should strengthen preventive medicine education and scientific research, provide preventive medicine education and training for students and other personnel related to the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, and provide technical support for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. Disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions shall regularly train their staff in the knowledge and skills of infectious disease prevention and control.

Article 42 In the event of an outbreak or epidemic of infectious diseases, the local people's governments at or above the county level shall immediately organize forces to carry out prevention and control in accordance with the prevention and control plan and cut off the transmission route of infectious diseases. When necessary, it shall be reported to the people's government at the next higher level for decision, and the following emergency measures may be taken and announced:

(1) Restrict or stop fairs, theatrical performances or other crowd gathering activities;

(2) suspension of work, business or classes;

(three) closed or sealed public drinking water sources, food and related items contaminated by infectious disease pathogens;

(4) controlling or culling wild animals, domestic animals and poultry infected with the epidemic;

(five) closed places that may cause the spread of infectious diseases.

When the people's government at a higher level receives the report of the people's government at a lower level on taking the emergency measures listed in the preceding paragraph, it shall make a decision immediately.

The lifting of emergency measures shall be decided and announced by the original decision-making organ.
