What information is needed for lightning protection engineering construction qualification?

The applicant shall submit the following written materials for lightning protection engineering construction qualification:

(1) an application;

(2) Application Form for Registration and Verification of Design Qualification of Lightning Protection Engineering Specialty and Application Form for Registration and Verification of Shi I Qualification of Lightning Protection Engineering Specialty;

(3) brief list of professional and technical personnel, the original and photocopy of the senior and intermediate technical title certificates, identity certificates, labor contracts, social insurance relations, and the design qualification certificate of lightning protection engineering or the construction qualification certificate of lightning protection engineering.

Extended information:

1. Units applying for the registration and verification of the design and construction qualification of lightning protection engineering specialty shall meet the following basic conditions:.

(1) Units that have obtained the design and construction qualification of lightning protection engineering specialty;

(2) having a fixed office space and equipment and facilities designed or constructed by lightning protection engineering majors;

(3) Technical personnel engaged in lightning protection engineering must obtain the Design Qualification Certificate of Lightning Protection Engineering or the Construction Qualification Certificate of Lightning Protection Engineering;

(4) the validity period of the qualification certificate is three years. Three months before the expiration of the validity period, the applicant shall apply to the accreditation body for renewal or registration.

2. In addition to meeting the basic requirements of the above acceptance conditions, the unit applying for qualification registration and verification shall also meet the following conditions:

(1) It has not failed to participate in the annual inspection within the specified annual inspection time (if it fails to participate in the annual inspection within the specified annual inspection time, its qualification certificate will automatically become invalid, and it is not allowed to re-apply for qualification within one year);

(2). The last year's registration was qualified or the last year's registration was unqualified, and the grade was lowered;

(3) In case of merger, reorganization, division of qualified units and changes of industrial and commercial registration across provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, it shall timely apply to the competent meteorological departments of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government for qualification verification in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of Professional Qualification of Lightning Protection Engineering;
