1. From November 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022, Weihai Lingang District will implement a mountain closure and fire ban.

2. All forestry land within the Weihai Lingang District and within 500 meters from the edge of the forestry land are designated as forest fire prevention areas. 3. The following activities are strictly prohibited in the forest fire prevention zone: 1. Persons without capacity for civil conduct and those with limited capacity for civil conduct are strictly prohibited from entering the forest area; 4. It is strictly prohibited to damage or illegally occupy forest fire prevention and fire-fighting facilities and equipment; 5. It is strictly prohibited to engage in other activities prohibited by laws and regulations such as the "Forest Fire Prevention Regulations".

4. Each town government shall strictly implement the mountain closure and fire ban notices in accordance with their territorial management responsibilities.

5. Checkpoints and forest fire warning signs should be set up at all entrances to forest areas. Vehicles and individuals entering and exiting should be subject to inspection voluntarily. Any units and individuals that obstruct or hinder registration and inspection work will be severely punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

6. Anyone who violates this notice will be given a warning and fined by the corresponding administrative agency; anyone who refuses to implement this notice will be punished by the public security agency in accordance with the "Public Security Management Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China" It stipulates that detention shall be imposed in accordance with the law; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be investigated in accordance with the law.

7. Any unit or individual who discovers illegal use of fire or forest fires shall report it immediately. Units and individuals who report illegal use of fire shall be rewarded if found to be true.
