The people's governments of Hanshan County, He County, Dangtu County, and Bowang District shall determine the time periods, places, and areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited within their respective administrative areas in accordance with the law. Article 5 During the heavy pollution weather warning period of yellow and above levels, the setting off of fireworks and firecrackers is completely prohibited in the administrative areas of this city. Heavy pollution weather warning information shall be announced to the public by the Municipal People's Government in accordance with prescribed procedures. Article 6 The sale of fireworks and firecrackers is prohibited in areas and places where the setting off of fireworks and firecrackers is prohibited. Article 7 It is prohibited to carry fireworks and firecrackers on public transportation.

Article 14 Anyone who violates the provisions of Articles 4 and 5 of these Regulations by setting off fireworks and firecrackers in areas, places or periods where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited shall be ordered to stop setting off by the public security department and shall be fined not less than RMB 100 but not more than RMB 500. Article 15 Anyone who violates the provisions of Article 6 of these Regulations and sells fireworks and firecrackers in areas and places where the setting off of fireworks and firecrackers is prohibited shall be ordered by the work safety supervision and management department to stop the illegal behavior, be fined not less than 20,000 yuan but not more than 100,000 yuan, and have the fireworks confiscated.
