However, most accidents are the result of careless and reckless driving and can be avoided. Many people ignore traffic signals and rules. They drive regardless of the speed limit, run red lights, drive in the wrong direction, laugh and laugh while driving, and turn at will without signaling. They won't slow down when they approach the intersection. So many people violate traffic rules that we can't emphasize the importance of traffic safety too much.
