1. Try to unify the colors of wires when installing the meter, and connect wires with different colors to different phase wires. After the incoming line is installed, in order to prevent some users from secretly disconnecting the main zero line for private grounding, electroprobe is used to measure whether there is induced electricity at the 3 rd and 4 th ends of the incoming line. If there is no indication that the line is normal, if there is, the main line to the meter may have been disconnected. It is necessary to find out the location of the broken point immediately and analyze whether it is artificially disconnected according to the broken point. If it is artificially disconnected, the user will be listed as the key inventory object. If everything is all right, connect the terminal of the electric meter. After the wires are connected, turn all the screws of the terminal and the connecting screws of the electric meter again. And make sure it is firmly connected.

If the leakage protector can't be closed, it means that there is a problem with the line in the user's home, and the user's line should be checked. Don't not install it because you are afraid of trouble, or there may be two results, and these two reasons will lead to the failure of the general protection in the Taiwan area:

(2) The line in the user's home is out of order, which may lead to safety accidents.

4. For the platform area where no leakage protector is installed, you should bring your own leakage protector to check the subscriber line.

5. Check the meter box to see if it is in good condition or defective. If it is not sealed with lead. 7. When reading the meter every month, check whether the lead seal and paper seal of the meter below are damaged. Is there anything on the main line that shouldn't appear? It's best if we can form a mutual aid group together with several administrators in the Taiwan area to check the lines and deal with the power thieves. This is safe, and it can give the thief a shock. Try to catch a thief in each district and hand him over to the judicial department to make an example of him.
