Children under the age of 10 are not allowed to ride bicycles on the road

Children under 12 years old are not allowed to ride bicycles on the road.

Driving bicycles, tricycles, electric bicycles, and motorized wheelchairs for persons with disabilities on the road must comply with the following regulations:

(1) You must be at least 12 years old to drive a bicycle or tricycle;

(2) You must be over 16 years old to drive electric bicycles and motorized wheelchairs for people with disabilities;

(3) You are not allowed to drive while drunk;

(4) You must be at least 16 years old before turning. Slow down, use your hand to signal, and do not make sudden turns. When overtaking the vehicle in front, you must not hinder the movement of the vehicle being overtaken;

(5) Do not tow, climb, or be towed by other vehicles, and do not take your hands off the handlebars. Or holding something in your hand;

(6) You are not allowed to walk side by side, chase each other or race in twists and turns;

(7) You are not allowed to ride a unicycle or more than 2 people on the road bicycles;

(8) People without lower limb disabilities are not allowed to drive motorized wheelchairs for disabled people;

(9) Bicycles and tricycles are not allowed to be equipped with power devices;

(10) It is not allowed to learn to drive non-motorized vehicles on the road.
