In March 2003, I was transferred to the office of District Urban Management Bureau to do secretarial filing. Before I was familiar with the new working environment, the bureau leaders solemnly asked me to upgrade the comprehensive archives of the bureau to the provincial level as soon as possible. At that time, the District Urban Management Bureau had been established for four years, but the filing work had not yet started. The empty archives were covered with a thick layer of dust, and messy documents piled up like mountains. After receiving the task, as long as I have free time, I will close my door to the file pile, sacrifice my rest time at noon and weekends for three months in a row, go all out to do all kinds of inspection and welcoming work, establish the file borrowing registration form and other 10 kinds of ledgers, compile various retrieval tools such as filing file catalogue, document index, personnel-specific index and personnel-specific catalogue, and write memorabilia, organizational evolution and introduction of all cases.

In 2006, I was transferred to the district archives, just as the new museum was completed. In order to realize the safe relocation of archives, my colleagues and I worked overtime, and it only took 1 month to complete the bundling, processing and shelving of 12000 volumes of archives, and conducted a comprehensive investigation and mapping of 72 cases, more than 30 types of archives and 4,200 books and materials.

While doing a good job in the daily work of receiving, keeping and providing archives, we should fully tap the intrinsic value of archives with our colleagues, and make use of archives to compile and research materials and actively serve the society. According to historical records, it was designed by Yi, a scholar tutor in Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty, for its original and continued distribution.
