(1) The hoisting instruction signal is unknown or the instruction is not hoisted;

(2) Overloading does not lift;

(3) the work is not firmly fixed;

(4) someone on the hanging object does not hang it;

(5) The installation device fails and does not hang;

(6) The workpiece is buried underground and not hoisted;

(7) Cable-stayed workpieces are not hoisted;

(8) If the light is dim and you can't see clearly, don't hang up;

(9) Small accessories or short materials are too full to hang;

(10) Angular objects shall not be hoisted without corner protection measures such as padding.
