Will the courts be closed on Women’s Day?

No holidays.

The working days of the court shall be based on the "National Statutory Holidays Measures", which stipulates seven statutory holidays including New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, and International Women's Day. It is not a statutory holiday, so the court will not stop working or take a holiday because of this holiday. The court is a state organ responsible for trying various civil, criminal and administrative cases and maintaining social justice and legal authority.
