Of the 41 world cultural heritages in China, I have been to more than 3, and Ji 'an is almost the lowest-key one. After all, many people can't even pronounce the word Koguryo correctly.

As one of the most distinctive and influential ethnic and local regimes in the northeast of ancient China, Koguryo once created a glorious history. The Sui and Tang Dynasties spanned 7 years and lasted for four generations of emperors, spending huge manpower, financial resources and material resources for the same goal-pacifying Koguryo.

Ji' an's domestic city and Marudo Mountain City are the capitals of Koguryo in the early and middle period (1st-5th century AD), which is characterized by the interdependence of Pingyuan City and Mountain City. Among the medieval city sites in Northeast Asia, the domestic city and Marudo Mountain City are masterpieces of capital architecture. Domestic City and Marubu Mountain City are the capitals with the longest continuous use of Koguryo regime. Through them, we can witness the brilliant civilization created by Koguryo, which has been lost in the long river of history.

The monument of Haotaiwang, which stands on the east side of the tomb of Taiwangling, is the longest preserved document in Koguryo. Built in the early 5th century, the "General's Tomb" is the 2th generation monarch of Koguryo, the tomb of the longevity king. At the same time, it is also the most complete stone tomb among the nearly 1, existing Koguryo tombs. Because of its exquisite structural design and exquisite craftsmanship, it is known as the "Oriental Pyramid".

The main highlights of Ji 'an barbecue are tradition and nature, all of which are charcoal-fired open flames, as well as Korean rice wine, ginseng chicken soup and various Korean pickles in Ji 'an, which are enough to shake your taste buds and taste human.

after all, Ji' an is a county-level city with a limited scale, and it takes only ten minutes to drive from west to east. Ji 'an's cleanliness is well-known in Jilin Province, and indeed it is. It is so clean that it doesn't even look like a northeast city, completely breaking the impression of a city in the fourth and fifth tier of northeast China. In this small town, the slogan "Ji 'an is the most beautiful because of you" can be seen almost everywhere. There are mountains and waters, and "Little Jiangnan in the Northeast" is not a hollow reputation.

Wunvfeng National Forest Park, located between Tonghua City and Ji 'an City, is one of the few famous mountains and rivers in Jilin Province. Although it can't be compared with the famous three mountains and five mountains, the scenery is ok. Wunv Peak covers a large area, and only a few scenic spots are opened, which can be accessed by car. There are mountains and waterfalls and streams. I've been to Libo, Guizhou, where the words "World Heritage Site" are typed in neon letters on the mountain, and you can see it from a distance. Ji 'an people may not even know Koguryo, the world cultural heritage, because they can't pronounce these three words correctly. It's hard to see any publicity instructions about "World Cultural Heritage" in the city, which once made me think I was in the wrong place. Why not make good use of such a good IP?

Although Ji 'an is a small city, several scenic spots are scattered. There is no car ferry between scenic spots, and the public transport system is underdeveloped. It is really difficult to drive by car. Although it is a world cultural heritage +5A scenic spot, the ticket price is still a little expensive, especially in Ji 'an Museum (Koguryo Cultural Relics Exhibition Center) in the urban area, where there are only two small exhibition halls and there are not many cultural relics (the tombs have been stolen), which is really unfriendly.

In the Internet age, basically larger scenic spots have their own official website and WeChat WeChat official account, and they can also buy tickets in advance at major OTAs, even if they are not electronic tickets. And this, I hit a wall in Ji' an. I searched almost every travel APP in my mobile phone, but I couldn't find any place to sell tickets in Ji 'an Scenic Area. Even official website in Wunvfeng National Forest Park was not as good as official website in a small company. As a Jilin person, as an Internet person, I am very sad.

in addition, there is another serious injury, that is, the traffic in Ji' an is really inconvenient. Tonghua, 15 kilometers away from Ji 'an, has a small regional airport, but it is currently open to less than 1 cities, which is better than nothing. Changchun, the provincial capital 35 kilometers away from Ji 'an, has no direct train to Ji 'an! You have to transfer in Tonghua, but it takes 6+3 = 9 hours for a * * *, all of which are green leather cars, and the number of trains is very few. It can be called a clean stream in the high-speed rail era! The expressway from Changchun to Ji 'an was just completed last year, and it took more than four hours to drive before.

If it weren't for the above reasons, as a native of Jilin, I would never have come to Ji 'an, a small town with a low profile, for the first time at the age of 32.
