Good morning everyone!

At the invitation of the conference and entrusted by Chairman Chen Mingquan and Secretary-General Wan Fakuan of the Hubei Chamber of Commerce in Sichuan Province, I would like to express a warm welcome to all the guests attending the conference on behalf of the Hubei Chamber of Commerce in Sichuan Province. On behalf of the Chamber of Commerce, I would like to take this opportunity to report to you on the growth process of the Hubei Chamber of Commerce in Sichuan Province and some recent major initiatives:

In July 2009, in Hubei and Sichuan provinces With the care and support of the leaders, the Chamber of Commerce was formally established. Su Xiaoyun, member of the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Committee, Chen Cichang, Vice Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, personally presided over the unveiling ceremony of the Chamber of Commerce. The conference elected Comrade Chen Mingquan as the first president and Comrade Wan Fakuan as the secretary-general, and invited Lieutenant General Shaonong, former deputy political commissar of the Chengdu Military Region, General Wang Shilin, former director of the Joint Logistics Department of the Chengdu Military Region, General Tan Zhenya, deputy director of the Joint Logistics Department of the Chengdu Military Region, and other highly respected officials from Hubei Province. People who are residing in Chengdu are senior consultants of the Chamber of Commerce. The permanent institutions of the Chamber of Commerce are the Office of the President of the Chamber of Commerce and the Secretariat of the Chamber of Commerce. Under the leadership of Chairman Chen Mingquan and Secretary-General Wan Fakuan, the first Chamber of Commerce has obtained the first-class corporate legal person qualification recognized by the national civil affairs department. The Chamber of Commerce has so far developed more than 1,500 members, and the Vice President There are more than 80 first-level members in various regions in Sichuan, and they are involved in many industries such as construction, building materials, food, real estate, finance, clothing, trade department stores, education, and the Internet. According to the different demands of members, this Chamber of Commerce took advantage of the situation and guided the establishment of Shiyan Chamber of Commerce, Xiaogan Chamber of Commerce, and Yichang Chamber of Commerce according to their place of origin; established Chengwen Qiong Branch and Deyang Branch according to regional distribution; and established the Building Materials Chamber of Commerce, The Auto Parts Chamber of Commerce has also established an entrepreneurial branch in order to adapt to the development of the new Internet economy and meet the needs of entrepreneurs from Sichuan and Hubei.

This chamber of commerce has mainly done the following aspects of work in daily affairs:

1. As the non-governmental window of Hubei Province in Sichuan, it accepts the work guidance of relevant institutions of Hubei Province and provides The Hubei Provincial Government provides convenience for Sichuan affairs. The Chamber of Commerce has received dozens of visits from Hubei Provincial Committee Chairman Song Yuying, Vice Governor Zhao Bin, Provincial Party Committee United Front Work Department Minister Su Xiaoyun, and leaders from various regions, cities and states.

2. Relying on the Chamber of Commerce and using nostalgia as a link, guide and organize various forms of exchange activities on a quarterly, monthly, or even weekly basis. For example, some theme activities are aimed at promoting nostalgia exchanges. On September 28, 2014, a Mid-Autumn Festival reunion event for Hubei fellow villagers was held at Xindu Hefeng Restaurant. Nearly a thousand fellow villagers attended the event and the program was colorful; it was established as a Wenqiong branch on December 15, 2014. The New Year group worship event with huge donations has a strong atmosphere. There are also many gatherings with the theme of industry exchanges, such as the province-wide air compressor industry summit held by Mr. Song Yanwei of Aikewei at Chutian Junlin Hotel, and the weekly mobile Internet marketing salon held by General Manager Li Xubo of Sichuan Xinwang Telecom , love bartender Mr. Liu Daoming’s weekly wine tasting and life-telling activities, etc. In addition, a celebration event for the first anniversary of the establishment of the Entrepreneurship Branch was organized in November 2014. These activities play a role in uniting nostalgia and adding vitality.

3. The Chamber of Commerce actively organizes and participates in social welfare activities. For example, they organized groups of Hubei chambers of commerce from other provinces to go to the Ya'an earthquake-stricken area to inspect post-disaster aid and construction work; they organized charity auctions for members of chambers of commerce to relieve the worries of people in need in Sichuan and Hubei.

4. Use the Chamber of Commerce as a platform to integrate superior resources and actively participate in the economic construction of Sichuan and Hubei.

The Chamber of Commerce supports members of the Chamber of Commerce to actively participate in key investment projects of the local government as market entities. Recent major achievements include the development and investment promotion, operation and management of the first, second and third phase projects of Pengzhou Garment City, the Shuangliu Auto Parts Industry City project, and the education industry in Tianfu New District Park project. In addition, he actively participated in the government's investment promotion work and assisted in the completion of the investment project of Shenlong Automobile Chengdu Factory with an investment of 15 billion yuan; assisted in the introduction of Huaxin Cement Sichuan East Project (including Qujiang Cement Factory and Wanyuan Cement Factory) with an investment of 3 billion yuan. The Chamber of Commerce also actively participated in activities to give back to his hometown in Hubei. President Chen led member companies to invest in Shiyan, Xiangyang, Yichang and other places for investment inspections, and invested 5 billion in the Yangtze River port project in Yidu.

In 2014, the Chamber of Commerce was also invited to Mianyang to participate in the key economic construction projects of the Mianyang Municipal Government:

1. In July 2014, leaders of the Chamber of Commerce and some member companies of the Chamber of Commerce were invited to Mianyang Visit Mianyang General Aviation Industrial Park to learn about general aviation industry policies, organize investment feasibility analysis, and participate in the launch ceremony and dynamic performance of the general aviation airport in December.

2. In October 2014, the Chamber of Commerce cooperated with Mianyang Municipal Science and Technology Bureau to organize some high-tech enterprises from Wuhan Talent Exchange Center, East Lake National High-tech Zone, and Optics Valley to participate in the second Science and Technology Expo in Mianyang.

3. Organize the central enterprise China Sports Industry to come to Mianyang to inspect large-scale themed sports community construction projects, and participate in Mianyang major investment project briefings.

4. Contact tourist attraction investment projects for well-known Hubei enterprises such as Sante Cableway, Hunan-Eqing, and Dongxing Tourism.

Based on the actual situation in Mianyang, I have the following thoughts on the work of the Chamber of Commerce in Mianyang in 2015:

1. Recommend to the provincial chamber of commerce a group of people who love their hometown, are passionate about public welfare, and have a Influential Xiangxian participated in the preparatory work for the Mianyang Branch of Hubei Chamber of Commerce in Sichuan Province. 2. Actively cooperate with the Mianyang Municipal Government and continue to assist in organizing Hubei's advantageous industries, enterprises, and parks to participate in the third China Science and Technology City Expo. 3. Promote substantial progress in investment in Shenyang by leading enterprises such as China Sports Industry and Sante Cableway.

4. To create a good business environment for Hubei fellows who start businesses in Mianyang, some small and micro enterprises and innovative enterprises will be organized to settle in the Mianyang Park. 5. On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful Long March reunification of the three main forces of the Red Army, the Fourth Red Army, one of the three main forces of the Red Army, was born in Hong'an, Hubei Province. After coming to Sichuan, it established the second largest army in the country during the same period. As a native of the Great Revolutionary Base Area (Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area), as a hometown member of the Red Army, today I am standing where the Fourth Front Army of the Red Army fought bloody battles. I propose that the Chamber of Commerce plan and jointly organize the Hubei Huanggang Hong'an and the Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area People's Government Residential Area in Guangyuan Wangcang, Sichuan. The ancestors of the two lakes who walked across the land of Kyushu hundreds of years ago established the Huguang Guild Hall, known as one of the eight major convention halls in the country, in various water and land strategic points and business centers across the country.
