English composition: Sunshine sports activities!

Today, I want to give a speech on the importance and significance of sports, and express some views on whether senior three students should do one hour of physical exercise every day.

There is a saying that if you can exercise for an hour every day, you can work healthily for 50 years and live happily for a lifetime. It's true. Exercise can not only ensure our health, but also bring happiness. Neurochemists say that doing exercise can make your body produce some chemicals that enter your blood and reach your nervous system with circulation, which makes you feel excited. As far as it is good for our health, it is obvious. Everyone knows that life exists in action. The physical consultant said that physical exercise can improve the function of the lungs and heart, and also make your immune system better protect your body from diseases.

As we all know, senior three students are very busy with their studies and are under great pressure. However, they should also find time to do physical exercise. Sports can not only relax the brain, but also refresh the mind. After hours of hard work, you may feel tired, your brain may work more slowly, and then if you stay there to study, you may lose efficiency. Therefore, why not go out of the classroom and go to the playground to breathe fresh air. Why not choose your favorite sport to exercise your muscles and joints, and get rid of anxiety and study burden. After that, as more oxygen is absorbed into your brain and more sweaters are excreted, you can restart your study with more energy.
