What can I do to reach the 7s standard?

1. Organize the training of 7S content according to the principle of "from point to area, step by step, practical completion and continuous maintenance";

2. Role and full participation in leadership lead by example and guide employees from top to bottom;

3. Promote 7S site management in a planned and step-by-step manner, define the responsible person and tracker, and set the planned completion time of each work;

4. Establish a 7S management system, conduct regular and irregular inspections, reward the excellent and punish the poor, do not go through the motions, and pay attention to actual results;

5. Clarify the division of responsibilities, carry forward the spirit of close cooperation, create a safe, comfortable and lively working environment, make various publicity slogans and banners, and increase the atmosphere of 7S promotion;

The basic contents of 7S are:

Divide the items on site into needed items and unnecessary items, and clean up the unnecessary items, so as to have everything on site, smooth logistics and prevent misuse.

2. Rectification

After the "clean-up" is completed, the items left on the site should be scientifically and reasonably sorted and placed, the location, quantity and mode of the items placed on the site should be reasonably specified, and necessary signs should be made to reduce the time for taking and placing items and improve work efficiency.

Step 3 clean

Clean the workplace, remove the pollution sources such as garbage, dust and stains in the workplace, avoid and eliminate water, electricity, gas, running, running, dripping and leaking, and create a hygienic, safe and comfortable working environment.

Step 4: Clean
