Vigorously publicize the importance and necessity of hearing disability prevention, and comprehensively promote the prevention of hearing disability at all ages and throughout the life cycle; Vigorously publicize the means and measures to prevent hearing disability for different groups of people and different life cycles, vigorously publicize the rehabilitation and assistance system for disabled children, and improve the awareness rate.

Festival background March 3 every year is National Ear Love Day. On March 3, 2000, the first publicity and education activities of Love Ear Day were carried out simultaneously throughout the country. In 2007, the first Conference on Prevention and Rehabilitation of Hearing Impairment reached the Beijing Declaration, and established the International Ear-loving Day (to prepare for promoting global hearing care and minimizing hearing loss).
