Is there a time limit for house decoration?

The renovation time of residential areas is stipulated by law.

According to the Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC), it is forbidden to carry out noise-producing operations such as decoration in the completed residential buildings on legal rest days, holidays and working days from 12 to 14 and 18 to 8: 00 the next day.

That is to say, the building you live in has been built, and it will be sold and used normally when the building is capped. In this case, noise construction, such as the harsh sound of electric drills and cutting floor tiles, is not allowed during the prescribed rest time, and high decibel noise pollution is not allowed.

One of the following acts shall be given a warning by the public security organ and may be fined:

(a) Use of loudspeakers in urban areas where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated;

(two) in violation of the provisions of the local public security organs, organize entertainment, assembly and other activities in public places such as urban streets, squares, parks, etc., and use audio equipment to produce excessive volume that interferes with the surrounding living environment;

(3) Failing to take measures in accordance with the provisions of Articles 46 and 47 of this Law, and emitting environmental noise from the indoor environment that seriously interferes with the life of the surrounding residents.
