I can’t remember when I started to like going to bookstores. When I was a graduate student in Xi’an, I visited several bookstores. The most unforgettable one is Blue Sea Breeze·Many Alley. Walking in it is a kind of enjoyment. , the warm words that can be seen everywhere gave me the idea that I must go there a second time. Of course, I also like Yanji who often goes there. The books on display are always very attractive, the cultural and creative products are relatively rich, and the environment is very good, especially the one in Sunshine World. I must visit it every time I go to Sunshine World.

01 Blue Sea Wind·Manxiang

Does this name sound artistic?

When I first heard the name, I didn’t associate it with a bookstore. Later, when I learned that it was a bookstore, I became even more curious.

When I finally got the chance to see it, I was immediately attracted by its special appearance and interior.

Externally, it is an independent building with several floors, simple and grand.

After entering the door, you feel more spacious and bright. The first floor is full of various exhibitions, including art exhibitions, theme exhibitions, and many places to take photos.

As I walked around, I fell in love with this place full of design.

Looking at the walls on both sides, there are many touching slogans.

For example - the first time you come here, you like taking pictures here; the second time you come, you like the atmosphere here; the third time, the way you read carefully makes us like the blue sea breeze and the alley more. This is what we need of you.

Another example - reality is not in a certain place in the world, but our attitude towards the world, a life belief and criterion that we have finally found for ourselves.

Slowly walking upstairs, after changing the perspective, the visual shock and impact are even greater, attracting people to stop and linger, reluctant to leave. It is really a pleasure to find a place, sit down and read a book quietly.

While staying there, I often thought that it would be nice to come here more often. Unfortunately, the school was too far away to realize this wish. But I think there must be a time to go there a second time.

02 Yanjiyou Bookstore

Yanjiyou is not a bookstore unique to Xi'an, but I first learned about it after arriving in Xi'an.

The name of this bookstore sounds curious. The first time I met it was on the third floor of Yangguan Tiandi.

The medium-sized store, the warm yellow lights, and the children sitting and reading everywhere are all a beautiful sight in this bookstore.

I like the display of books the most. Every time I see a title I am interested in, I take a photo, read the reviews on Douban, and mark it.

Maybe it’s because I like Yan Jiyou’s way of arranging books so much that when I go to other bookstores, I unconsciously compare it with Yan Jiyou.

In Yanjiyou, there are many cultural and creative products, such as the Zaozao series of ledgers, PINBOOK’s ledgers, and other cultural and creative peripherals, all of which I like.

Especially the PINBOOK books, because the cover design is so popular with me. The floral flowers and literary words are my favorite style. I bought several books at once, even if Even if you don’t write it, it’s okay to leave it there.

There was a time when I couldn’t bear to write because it was too good to write. Then I started writing and found that writing was so smooth that it was difficult to stop the pace and rhythm of writing. Although I haven’t bought its notebooks for a long time, this brand is always close to my heart.

03 Qujiang Bookstore

This may be regarded as one of the landmark buildings in Yanta District, Xi'an, and is hailed as the most beautiful bookstore in Xi'an.

After entering, it really lives up to its reputation. It gives people a very grand feeling, and the highly designed spiral staircase attracts the eye.

Walking inside is truly an enjoyable and wonderful experience. It is very walkable, with book display areas, cultural and creative areas, life aesthetics areas, cafes, digital product areas, etc. Observe carefully and you will find beauty everywhere.

I just learned that the predecessor of Qujiang Bookstore was Xinhua Bookstore in Xi'an, and the design team of Taiwan Eslite Bookstore participated in the transformation. I love Qujiang Bookstore even more.

Because I like Eslite Bookstore very much, although I have never been to the main store in Taiwan or the branch in Suzhou, I have been to the branch in Shenzhen. It is no exaggeration to say that I would not miss it even if I spent a whole day shopping there. You will get bored!

When I went to Qujiang Bookstore for the first time, I was not able to fully explore it due to time constraints. I must go there at least once again when I go to Xi'an! Take a closer look at this well-designed bookstore.

04 Sisyphus Bookstore

This bookstore, like Yanjiyou, is not unique to Xi'an, but originated in Guiyang.

I have known about this bookstore for a long time and have always wanted to go there. Finally, I realized my long-standing wish in Xi'an.

In my impression, the store I went to was not too big, but it did have its own design style.

While shopping and chatting with Bao Jing, I still remember reading the comic book "You Look So Beautiful Today" for a long time.

Together we read a comic book written by a Japanese author Start a discussion about the book, remember the past together, and look forward to the future.

I can’t say enough good things about this bookstore, but it’s still worth visiting.

Just for this nice and artistic name, it’s worth a visit!

05 Shanghai Sanlian Bookstore

I accidentally found a Shanghai Sanlian Bookstore in Xi’an through Dianping. I went to visit the store without thinking.

It is in a shopping mall, and the same warm yellow lights give people a warm experience after entering.

The collection of books inside is different from other bookstores. There are many foreign books and periodicals with exquisite binding, which makes people want to buy after reading it.

The spiral staircase in the store is also very unique, giving people a good visual experience and very suitable for taking pictures.

On the day of the New Year’s Eve event, Sanlian Bookstore also collaborated with Xi’an Plop on a book collection plan, but it was a pity that we didn’t go there at that time.
