1. The team leader divides work groups according to the production tasks of the shift, and assigns people with strong work ability to serve as work group leaders;

2. The leader of the operation team organizes the workers to carry out KYT activities at the operation site with KYT cards;

3. The leader of the work team introduces the work tasks and procedures to the workers, and uses effective methods to mobilize the participants of the work team to find or predict possible risk factors based on the work content and procedures;

4. Participants in the operation team should explore risk factors in a targeted manner based on their respective work contents and propose corresponding preventive measures;

5. The person in charge of the operation group (team leader) will organize and record the collected information on risk factors and corresponding measures on the KYT activity card, and repeat it to all participants in the operation group. After all personnel agree, they will sign for confirmation;

6． Finally, the work team leader confirms and starts the work. After the work is completed, the card should be handed over to the shift leader for inspection and approval on the same day. If possible, the team leader should go to the site for inspection and acceptance;

7. When working participants point out dangerous factors, they should make full use of body language to describe the dangerous factors to enhance their intuitive understanding of dangerous forms;

8. During the operation, "finger touch prompts" and "touch alarms" must be continuously used to keep on-site workers alert to dangers;

9. For relevant preventive measures proposed by team participants against dangerous factors, those that can be rectified immediately on site should start operations after the rectifications are completed.
