The installation scheme of refrigeration unit is generally as follows:

1. The cold storage unit should be installed as close to the evaporator as possible, with easy maintenance and good heat dissipation. If you move out, you need to install a canopy, and shockproof gaskets should be placed at the four corners of the cold storage unit. The installation level is firm and it is not easy to be touched by people.

2. Discharge of copper tubes of cold storage units All copper tubes should be wrapped with air conditioning cable ties in the same direction as insulating tubes and wires, and the tubes should be as straight as possible and fixed in sections.

3. The radiator installation position of the refrigeration unit should be as close as possible to the refrigeration unit, preferably at the upper position of the refrigeration unit. The installation position of radiator has the best heat dissipation environment, and the air inlet should not be directly facing the air outlet of other equipment, especially oily gas. The air outlet should not be short-circuited and face other windows (especially residents' windows) and equipment. 2M high from the ground, and the installation level is firm.

4. Pipeline installation of cold storage unit: After all copper pipes are welded, pressure tested and purged, install insulation pipes. Pay attention to glue all the joints of insulation materials and wrap them with air conditioning tape. Wires and cables should be protected by conduits or trunking respectively, and fixed brackets should be set in sections according to the specifications. Weak current signal lines should be wired separately from strong current, and shielded when necessary.

5. Connection of refrigeration system of cold storage: Since the cold storage unit and the cold air blower have been sealed in the factory, they should all be under pressure when unsealed, so you can check whether there is any leakage. Both ends of the copper tube in the factory should be sealed at any time during construction to prevent water and dust from entering the tube. The condenser, the cold storage host and the cold air blower are connected by copper pipes, and the interface is firm and beautiful by welding.

6. Installation position of the condenser of the cold storage unit: If the condenser and the unit are installed separately, the closer the condenser is to the unit, the better. It should be installed on the upper side of the cold storage unit in the height direction, and the condenser should be well ventilated and radiate heat. There should be no other exhaust equipment around the air inlet, especially oily gas, otherwise it will affect the normal heat dissipation of the condenser.
