What workshops are there for polysilicon production?

Smelting workshop, slicing workshop and photovoltaic module production workshop are better.

1. Smelting workshop: After metallurgical silicon is reduced to high purity silicon, it needs to be further refined to prepare polysilicon. This step is usually completed in the smelting workshop, which mainly includes heating smelting, oxidation smelting and vacuum smelting.

2. Slicing workshop: After melting in polysilicon crucible, it needs to be cooled quickly to form silicon rod. Subsequently, in the slicing workshop, the silicon rod is sliced with a high-speed saw blade, which is called silicon wafer.

3. Photovoltaic module production workshop: Polycrystalline silicon wafers can be used to manufacture photovoltaic cell modules, usually in the photovoltaic module production workshop. The workshop mainly completes wafer cleaning, etching, film deposition, semiconductor diffusion and shielding after slicing, as well as battery welding and module assembly.
