Similarly, for an enterprise as big as Conch, safety is life, safety is benefit, and safety is the top priority of all work. Only when there is no mistake in this link of safety production will our enterprise become bigger and stronger.

Human life is precious, but how fragile it is. There is nothing we can do in the face of natural disasters, but what about man-made disasters? It always has a certain inevitability. Some people say that wasting time is chronic, and habitual violation is gambling with life. It is luck that breeds the seeds of habitual violations again and again. To quote our boss Guo: "The seriousness and importance of safety cannot be verified by the price of blood". When we stand in the white mixing building and stare at the computer in the central control room, if our thoughts are a little careless, our safety awareness will leave our minds for a moment. At that terrible moment, we accidentally hit the mouse, which will lead to equipment tripping and shutdown, and even unqualified mixtures will be mistakenly put into storage, bringing hundreds of thousands or even millions of losses. In order to carry out all the work in an orderly way, every step and every link is how important it is for our operators.

Yingde Conch Company has built a factory for more than five years. Looking back on the past five years, there are sweetness, glory and a lot of pain. Regardless of the size of the accident, we must "learn from the past." "Care for life, safe production" is not only a slogan hanging in the factory, but also constantly spurs our inner attitude and responsibility towards work. Looking back, because we regard habitual violations as normal work, an industrial accident happened on June 2, 2008. By analogy, such as the principle of our hot mixing pot, some people here may not be very clear. Like a blender. Under normal circumstances, only the mixture is heated and stirred, but in case of failure or boiling inspection, it is forbidden to cut off the power supply and operate according to the regulations. Otherwise, alas, I dare not think about the consequences. From the three things I listed, it is not only a matter of clicking the mouse and turning the screen in the operating room, but also a responsibility.
