There shall be no similar houses within 30 meters on both sides of rural high-speed rail.

Article 27 of the Regulations on Railway Safety Management

Railway line safety protection zones shall be set up on both sides of the railway line. The scope of railway line safety protection zone, from the toe of railway subgrade slope, the top of cutting slope or the outside of railway bridge (including railway and highway dual-purpose bridge, the same below), is:

1, urban high-speed rail10m, and other railways 8m;

2. High-speed rail in suburban residential areas12m, other railways10m;

3. High-speed rail in rural residential areas 15m, other railways12m;

4. 20m high-speed railway in other areas, other railways 15m.
