Summary of the Judicial Bureau’s Safety Production Month Activities

In order to promote safety culture and create a safe atmosphere, our bureau carried out the "Safety Production Month" activities of the county judicial administration system in accordance with the requirements, and mainly did the following tasks:

1. , Strengthen leadership and improve institutions

In order to effectively organize and carry out safety production work, our bureau has established a safety production leading group with an office under it. The office has designated two comrades to be responsible for the daily work of safety production. Formulate a "safety production" activity plan, and the bureau party group actively participates in safety work meetings and promptly conveys and implements the spirit of the meeting. Before the holidays, we also specially arranged personnel to promptly investigate and deal with potential safety hazards and other problems existing in the bureau to eliminate hidden dangers in the bud.

2. Give full play to its functional role and carry out in-depth and extensive publicity

Our bureau gives full play to its functional advantages and integrates the "Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Road Traffic Safety Law" Laws and other production safety laws and regulations have been incorporated into important content of publicity and education on the rule of law. Organize judicial offices to carry out legal publicity around production safety, and promote the in-depth and regular introduction of law into agencies, units, villages, enterprises and schools. Supervise and guide lawyers, legal aid workers and grassroots mediators throughout the county to actively provide legal services for production safety.

3. Strengthen basic work to ensure system-wide safety

A meeting will be held during the Dragon Boat Festival to emphasize safety production work, and at the same time strengthen duty work to implement responsibilities. Strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers, inspect and maintain key parts such as circuits, and equip fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment to investigate various safety hazards and deal with problems in a timely manner to ensure the safety of the office environment and living environment.
