I. Guiding ideology

In order to create a civilized city, purify the written environment of the city, enhance students' awareness of loving, building and serving Yueyang, take practical actions to meet the work of "national second-class city language assessment", stimulate students' enthusiasm for participating in urban construction and social welfare undertakings, and improve students' comprehensive quality and social practice ability. (a) Chinese characters in society must follow the following norms and standards:

1, the simplified characters shall be subject to the Summary of Simplified Characters approved by the State Council in 1986. 2. The orthography of variant characters shall be subject to the first batch of variant characters published by the Ministry of Culture and the China Language Reform Commission. 1955. 3. The font of Chinese characters shall be based on the Modern Chinese General Character List 1988 jointly issued by the State Language Commission and the Press and Publication Administration. 4. The Chinese Pinyin shall be based on the Chinese Pinyin Scheme 1958 adopted by the Fifth Session of the First National People's Congress. Spelling modern Chinese with Chinese Pinyin is based on the Basic Rules of Orthography of Chinese Pinyin jointly issued by the State Education Commission and the State Language Commission 1988.

(two) the following irregularities shall not occur in the use of Chinese characters in society:

1, with a typo; 2, the use of traditional Chinese characters, variant characters beyond the scope of national laws and regulations; 3. Use variant characters abolished by the state and nonstandard simplified characters; 4. Use printed glyphs that have been abolished by the state; 5. Other nonstandard languages.

Specific requirements of intransitive verbs

1. During the activity, pay attention to traffic safety, focus on publicity and inspection, and avoid conflicts with merchants.

(1) to publicize the standard words for units along the street;

(2) Investigate and deal with nonstandard characters such as signboards, shop signs, signboards, billboards, propaganda slogans, announcements, place names, road names, station famous brands, and traditional Chinese characters, typos, variant characters and incomplete glyphs in various publicity materials, street advertisements and printed plaques written in shops.

3. According to the actual situation of students, each class set up a woodpecker action team, with 4-6 people as a group. Each group will select a team leader and several team members, led by teachers such as the Political and Educational Affairs Office and the Youth League Committee.
