4. Floor inspection:

IV. Construction process

1. Construction sequence

2. Construction method

1) Floor pretreatment:

① Floor requirements: clean, dry, no grease, no sand, cracks, etc. Phenomenon, the surface finish is not rough to the touch;

② Use a floor grinder with a power of more than 1000 watts and appropriate grinding discs to polish the floor as a whole to remove paint, glue and other residues, bumps and Loose plots and plots with hollows must also be removed;

2) Self-leveling construction:

① Primer:

③ Laying:

b. Then the construction workers should put on special spike shoes, enter the construction ground, and use a special self-leveling deflation roller to gently apply the pressure on the self-leveling surface. 5) PVC plastic floor construction

① Pre-laying and cutting:

a. Whether it is roll material or block material, it should be placed on site for 24 hours For more than 1 hour, use material memory restoration, and the temperature should be consistent with the construction site;

b. Use a special trimmer to cut and clean the burrs of the coiled material;

c. Coiled material When laying, the overlap between two pieces of material should be cut with overlap, generally requiring an overlap of 2 cm. Pay attention to cutting with a single knife;

d. When laying blocks, the two pieces of material should be close to each other and there should be no seams.

② Pasting:

a. Select the corresponding glue and squeegee according to the floor with different properties;

b. When laying the roll material, put the roll Fold one end of the material. Clean the floor and the back of the roll first, then scrape the glue on the floor;

c. When paving the blocks, turn the blocks up from the middle to both sides, and clean the ground and the back of the floor as well. Then apply glue and stick;

③ Exhaust and rolling:

a. After the floor is pasted, first use a cork block to push the floor surface to flatten and squeeze out the air;

c. Excessive glue on the floor surface should be wiped off in time;

④ Grooving:

a. Grooving must be done after the glue is completely solidified. Use a special slotter to slot along the joints. In order to make the welding firm, the slots should not be through the bottom. It is recommended that the slotting depth is 2/3 of the floor thickness;

c. Before welding, the dust and debris remaining in the groove must be removed.

⑤ Welding:

a. You can use a manual welding gun or automatic welding equipment for welding;

b. The temperature of the welding gun should be set at 350~400 About the degree;

c. Use an appropriate welding speed (to ensure the melting of the welding rod), and squeeze the welding rod into the opened groove at a uniform speed;
