What unit is the Natural Resources Bureau?

The Ministry of Natural Resources, a department of the State Council, holds the brand of State Oceanic Administration. In order to uniformly exercise the responsibilities of the owner of natural resources owned by the whole people, and uniformly exercise all the responsibilities of land and space use control, ecological protection and restoration, efforts will be made to solve the problems of inadequate owners of natural resources and overlapping spatial planning, and realize the overall protection, systematic restoration and comprehensive management of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes and grasses. The plan proposes that the responsibilities of the Ministry of Land and Resources and the National Development and Reform Commission should be incorporated into the planning responsibilities of the main functional areas. Integrate the responsibilities of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development for urban and rural planning management, the Ministry of Water Resources for water resources investigation and ownership registration management, the Ministry of Agriculture for grassland resources investigation and ownership registration management, the State Forestry Administration for forests, wetlands and other resources investigation and ownership registration management, the State Oceanic Administration and the State Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Bureau to form the Ministry of Natural Resources.

Provisions on administrative reconsideration of natural resources

Article 14

If the respondent refuses to accept the government information disclosure reply and applies for administrative reconsideration, the administrative reconsideration organ may reject the application for administrative reconsideration under any of the following circumstances:

(a) the request for government information that has been voluntarily disclosed, or the request for the disclosure of government information that the applicant already knows, shall be handled and answered by the competent department of natural resources according to law;

(two) require the competent department of natural resources to produce and collect government information and summarize, analyze and deal with the existing government information, and the competent department of natural resources shall handle and reply according to law;

(three) the applicant in the form of government information disclosure application for letters and visits, complaints, reports and other activities, the competent department of natural resources told the applicant not to be treated as a government information disclosure application;

(four) the applicant's application for the disclosure of government information conforms to the provisions of the third, fifth, sixth and seventh items of Article 36 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Disclosure of Government Information, and the competent department of natural resources shall make a handling and reply according to law;

(5) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

In accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the administrative reconsideration organ may not require the respondent to provide a written reply, evidence and basis.
