Sponsorship Contract

Party A (sponsored unit):

In order to better promote the enterprise and develop the team, after friendly negotiation between Party A and Party B, in accordance with the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevant laws and regulations, in order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, the following agreement has been reached on relevant sponsorship matters. :

1. Sponsorship projects:

1. Team naming;

2. Team clothing advertising;

3. Team participation expenses;

4. Insurance expenses during the team’s participation.

2. Sponsorship confirmation and sponsorship return agreement:

It is hereby confirmed in writing that Party B, as a team sponsor, will enjoy the following corresponding return rights.

1. Obtain the naming rights of the team. (Team name: company name + team name)

2. Obtain the advertising rights for team clothing. The advertising on the back of the team's jersey belongs to the sponsor, including the company name, company LOGO, etc.

3. In friendly matches with local or foreign teams organized every weekend, all team members will appear in uniforms wearing uniforms with sponsor advertisements. QQ groups and netizens’ messages will be used off-court. Maximum liquidity can help promote sponsors;

4. The content of banners and slogans when the team participates in official competitions shall be determined by the sponsor and the host venue manager through consultation.

3. Total amount of sponsorship and method of investment:

As a team sponsor, Party B provides Party A with a total amount of RMB sponsorship. The details are as follows:

(1) Sponsorship fee:

1. Team clothing sponsorship fee is RMB (uppercase RMB) in RMB.

2. The entry fee for the second half of 2013 is yuan (uppercase yuan) RMB.

3. The insurance fee for participation in the second half of 2013 is RMB (uppercase RMB).

(2) Contribution method:

1. Party B will pay the full sponsorship amount to Party A by cash □ transfer □ cash check □ within days from the date of signing this contract.

2. Party A will issue a confirmation letter to Party B after receiving the sponsorship money.

4. Sponsorship period: from year month day to year month day.

5. Rights and obligations of both parties:

1. From the date of signing this contract to the expiration of the sponsorship period, Party A will provide Party B with sponsorship return rights and interests in accordance with the above terms, and Ensure the uniqueness of Party B’s rights and interests.

2. Party B shall deliver the sponsorship money to Party A within the agreed time in accordance with the above terms.

3. Party A has the obligation to safeguard the interests and image of Party B and shall not do any behavior that damages the interests and image of Party B on any occasion. Once a member of Party A is found to have violated the rules, Party A will deal with it seriously in accordance with the team rules. .

4. Recruit some employees from Party B who have football skills to enrich the team.

5. As a sponsor, Party B only provides financial support for the team to participate in various competitions and does not participate in team management.

6. Party B has the right to inspect the use of sponsorship funds.

7. Once this contract is signed, both parties shall not transfer the rights and obligations stipulated in the contract without consent. If one party violates it, it will be deemed to have given up the performance of this contract, and the other party may terminate the contract, resulting in The consequences shall be borne by the breaching party.

6. Validity period and termination:

1. This contract shall take effect from the date of signature by both parties and shall be valid until the date of completion of performance.

2. During the performance of this contract, either party must submit a written request to the other party to terminate the contract. This contract can be terminated by consensus of both parties, and the consequences shall be borne by both parties through negotiation.

3. During the performance of this contract, Party B has the right to supervise the performance of Party A’s responsibilities. If any breach of contract is found, it can put forward corrective suggestions. If Party A refuses to correct the breach of contract, Party B has the right to terminate this contract and pursue legal action. Party A’s liability for breach of contract.

4. During the performance of this contract, if Party B fails to comply with the contract time or fails to pay the sponsorship amount in full, and fails to make corrections after Party A’s supervision, Party A has the right to treat this contract as invalid and Terminate cooperation with Party B. Party B shall bear the consequences caused during this period.

5. If this contract cannot be continued to be performed due to third-party reasons, this contract may be terminated by consensus of both parties 3

The consequences shall be borne by both parties through negotiation.

6. The parties are unable to perform due to force majeure such as floods, fires, earthquakes, riots or orders issued by government departments after the official announcement of the competition schedule and other unforeseen, unavoidable and uncontrollable circumstances. or delay in performance of this contract will not be deemed a breach of contract.

7. Dispute Resolution:

In principle, if a dispute arises between the two parties, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the two parties have major differences and cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, both parties can choose the following disputes: Resolution mechanism:

1. Submit the case to the Chengde Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules;

2. Submit the case to the People’s Court with jurisdiction.

8. Others:

This contract is a limited-term contract, which takes effect from the date of signing by both parties. It is made in duplicate and each party holds one copy.
